  John, Travis, and rest of the team at 716 Garage are stellar. We called them after we had an issue with our garage (we hit it backing out😅). They provided same-day service in getting the door safely working, but unfortunately we damaged it to the point that it needed replacing (oops 😬). Thankfully they were able to use the cost of the repair towards the replacement door. They didn't try to upsell us in getting a door we didn't need and the cost of parts and labor felt reasonable. They even took the time to realign the existing motor to ensure that everything lined up properly. All in all, we payed a little over $1700 for everything. We were hoping to use that money for a roof repair this summer, but that's homeownership for ya. 10/10 service and support, would definitely recommend!

  Service and techs are second to none. All are friendly, very knowledgeable and supportive. In particular the communication on appointments is impressive. The day someone is coming a text is sent along with the person’s name, picture, and background information. This is followed up with the person calling to let you know they are on the way and when to expect them.
