Vilardo Architecture designs tailored homes, vacation homes, and lake homes, as well as professional offices and retail spaces, in the Ticonderoga, NY area.
I am a design professional who works with Joe Vilardo quite often. His design approach is thorough. He has vast experience and knowledge that helps with his projects. He takes into account his client's needs and desires while also looking at the Lake's best interest.

If we could give Joe 10 stars on Google, we would! He is the ultimate professional, extremely knowledgeable and talented. He offers wonderful direction and insight. He LISTENS to what your ideas are and offers sound options. He truly works to capture your 'vision'. His pricing is very fair, his drawings are detailed and accurate. He is always available to answer questions and give direction. He is highly regarded by local builders, inspectors and past clients. We have used numerous architects over the years.. Joe is the BEST architect we have ever worked with and we recommend him highly. He drew plans for us based on a rough drawing we designed. Our Lake house is everything we dreamt it would be. Ten Stars!!!

I can't think of anyone I would give a higher recommendation to. Joe's level of professionalism and knowledge was only matched by his kindness and patience. Joe was extremely helpful in designing and coming up with creative ideas to ensure that our home was one of a kind and everything we dreamed it would be.

We met with Joe Vilardo to discuss the possibility of creating an addition on our lake home. We wanted to add a little more room without losing the charm of being a small cottage. Joe listened to our interests, asked great questions about style, usage, budget and other things that we never thought of. He was helpful in choosing our contractor as well. He has a great eye and his drafts could be framed and hung as art. He created a plan for our addition and we could not be any more satisfied!

14 months and $5,735 after hiring Joe to complete drawings for a single family house, I am left with incomplete drawings and empty promises of when the drawings will be completed. I would not recommend hiring Joe Vilardo.
