We called 6 weeks later to check on the status of the windows. The windows never got ordered. We did all the paperwork a second time called 2 weeks later just to follow up and confirm that the staff actually ordered the windows this time and the windows had still not been ordered 8 weeks and the order still had not even been placed. We canceled the entire order. The office staff blamed the salesman and made up excuses the salesman blamed the office staff. Completely unprofessional start to finish.
