Update: We had the cleaning done today. The techs, Joshua and Cameron were a great team. They were very thorough and did a great job cleaning all of our heat vents and returns. The 1st picture is the amount of debris from a 1600 sq ft house. The 2nd picture is a new filter at the start of the job. The last picture is the filter after the heat vents. They replaced the filter before cleaning the returns. We also had them sanitize the ducts. I can feel the difference in the air. So glad we did this. Couldn't ask for better technicians. They also offered to wear masks as my husband just had a stem cell transplant and they did for the entire job even though my husband was not in the house during the cleaning. Thanks Joshua and Cameron. We got an estimate for duct cleaning. Our Technician, Darian was professional, efficient and understanding of our needs. He was also agreed to wear a mask as my husband is severely immune suppressed. Price paid was down payment towards the service that was scheduled immediately. The cost for our size house and the age of it is reasonable.

Thank you so much for your professional service , from the phone conversation to the next day service. You showed up when you said you would, and fixed the problem, quite refreshing in today’s world. Tyler was great, he found the problem, explained the problem, fixed the problem. He is an exceptional representative for the company , also a kind person. So thank you to him. I would not hesitate to call you again when I’m in need of your services. I would definitely recommend you to anyone who is in need. Thanks again.

Darian is fantastic, I believe he’s a specialized tech not sure his actual job title but he makes sure to tell you what’s wrong, and what he’s doing to fix the problem along the way. 5 stars to Darian. My experience with Isaac as a whole so far, probably less than 1 star. We had a heat pump and a secondary propane furnace installed, with the whole process beginning in October. We are now into February and still have upcoming appointments to figure out the issue with the heat pump. They have these coded as warranty work but in my view this is still install as the thing has thrown errors and resulted in multiple follow up appointments since the beginning. Which at some point they need to acknowledge this is a defective unit and replace it because I shouldn’t have Isaac vans in my driveway once a week. Side note Isaac needs to invest in decent snow tires for their work vans, if my minivan can make it up my driveway so should yours. Additionally I am frustrated that the salesperson Lily does not apparently understand the units she is selling, as she sold us a “high efficiency heat pump that operates above 17°” meanwhile all the techs say yeah it might do that but they don’t recommend running it below 30°, as it will just keep running and cost more on the long run. So which is it? High efficiency to 17° or just like every other heat pump only run it above 30°? Should she have sold me a less expensive unit then? Maybe the techs and salespeople could communicate with each other to hammer this out before selling to customers. Additionally, multiple techs have shown up not even knowing what they are there to do that day. “What seems to be the issue?” One even stated “I don’t read the work order first it’s a waste of my time.” No sir, you not reading the work order is a waste of MY time. In addition to the dual fuel heating system, we also had our electrical panel upgraded and a generator installed in this time frame by Isaac. Ultimately I do not recommend Isaac going forward as they clearly have communication and other issues to resolve. I do recommend Darian though. See you soon I’m sure. And lastly, they send you multiple how did we do please leave a review texts after each visit. Which is the only reason I’m writing this now. Consider waiting until the issue is resolved before asking for reviews. I hate leaving a poor review, but you pressured me into this with about 100 texts and a bad experience.

Mitch was communicative, on time and polite when he came to service my heating system. After weeks of my furnace working intermittently, he was able to actually pinpoint the issue that five other repairmen with two different companies missed. Mitch was conscientious—not only did he treat my home with respect, he also made a phone call to ensure that the course of action he took was the right one. I feel confident that Mitch fixed the issue and am glad to have found an ethical company that actually fixes a problem instead of trying to upsell on a new unit when it’s not needed at this time. Thanks again, Bruce X

A booming sound. Panic. I arose from my bed, wearily looking for the source of the sound through half-lidded sleepy eyes. Back to sleep. Awake next day. Bad dream? No. Again. THE BOOM. Inspect. Back room. Culprit.... the furnace. The twenty-nine year old furnace. Fearing for our lives, we called our neighbor, Tyler, who is known in these parts as "The HVAC King". To our rescue he came, in armour. On horse and with joust. Inspected the furnace. MISSION CRITICAL. He got us a GREAT deal on a Lennox 2 Stage – then and there. Next day. Hank, the Best Installer In The Business, arrives. Flawless execution. Friendly service. Perfectly in time for the Nation's CATASTROPHIC weather event. Heat. No boom. Bliss. BUT WAIT. Jeff Bezos FAILED to deliver the Nest, 3rd gen on time for Hank to install. My God. Tyler. Saviour again. Gets Josh to come not but three days later to set up the nest. Josh, ever so patient with the Boomer couple, installs and shows them how to login and function not just the thermostat... but the Google Home app. Overall execution 100/100. Not five stars.... SIX stars. Is your Kingdom in need to emergency Heating or AC... call ISAAC for unparalleled, no BS service. If you're lucky, maybe you will get assigned the Dream Team (i.e., Tyler, Hank, and Josh). Fin.
