  Tyler is an excellent technician. He evaluated the problem, ordered the part for later installation. Installed the part today. Arrived on time, had the part, installed and tested in less time than expected. Excellent result. This service was a warranty repair of an over pressure relief valve.

  I am surprised that I received a phone call from the service manager, Tyler, because of my recent experience with them. He did listen to what I had to say and apologized and offered me some compensation back and another chance free of charge to see if they could fix what I was hearing. They sent a very nice guy and more experienced gentleman named Josh. He did have to adjust the pressure and put more water into the boiler and told me if the pressure continues to fall then a repair will be necessary. He showed us what to keep an eye on and mentioned the part he believes could be bad. I wish they had sent him in the first place and then I might not have had to write such an awful review. I am glad Tyler reached out and we were able to get resolution, thank you. Old review below I hired them to do routine maintenance on my boiler. I didn’t have any issues I thought maybe it just needed to be cleaned for their $99 special they were running. Now I hate my boiler since they touched it. I constantly hear it running and things now vibrate and hum when it never did before. Oh they charged me almost $800 while trying to convince me I need a new boiler. I have since had a second opinion about my boiler and I was told it is like almost new, but the other person couldn’t fix all the new humming and vibrating it now does since they touched it. This place is a shim sham and shouldn’t be in business. They prayed on me being a woman who is alone.

  We had a great experience with Isaac! Worked with Tyler Giarratano on the purchase and installation plan which went perfectly smooth. Eric McCall and another technician did the installing. Those guys did great work and took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and concerns addressed. Very happy with the price, people I worked with, and feel confident about working with Isaac in the future!

  Ethan Harley and his team of technicians exceeded my expectations when they recently handled my HVAC system repairs, which work included running new thermostat wire and fixing multiple gas leaks. I was delighted with Ethan and the team's ability to quickly assess and develop a strategy to resolve these matters in an expeditious and cost effective manner. Ethan guided me through the process, recommended viable courses of action and ultimately completed the work promptly. I would recommend Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone.

  We have had several visits this summer and early fall and I'd like to praise 2 of the technicians that have helped us recently with our tankless water heater and a general maintenance on our furnace which was just completed today. First, I would like to give Troy Anderson a big THANK YOU for finally resolving the issues we were having with our water heater! I'm sure that overall, it was a team effort that finally resolved the problem, but Troy was the one who put the final touches on our tankless that gave us our hot water back. To be honest, I didn't think the problem was going to be fixed but Troy took a lot of time to try and analyze the problem and explained to us in easy-to-understand terms what needed to be done to make the problem would be fixed. He was responsive and even though there was a part that needed to be ordered, he got right back to us and showed up to finish the job. Troy was extremely timely, professional, knowledgeable, easy going and friendly. He knows what he is doing and we will definitely request Troy back for all issues related to our heating and cooling system! Today, we had a young man by the name of Sheldon Green who came to maintenance our furnace for the winter. He too was an exceptional representative of Isaac Heating & Cooling for many of the same reasons as Troy. Sheldon called us ahead of his visit and came right on time. He was efficient, friendly, and professional. He made sure to give us the necessary updates we needed to keep our furnace working and up to date and made sure to explain to us why he was making specific recommendations. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of Troy and Sheldon because it makes us feel confident in the service we have received.
