Was able to talk to him for about 15-20 minutes explaining the horrible experiences I’ve had with several other companies and their inability to complete the job after they took my money… and without interrupting me and making me feel like a fool. He triple checked everything- showed me everything was clean and efficient and in proper working order. And lo and behold he actually had the part I needed on his truck… ask for Mitch. He’s very tall, and he’s very good… I can’t say it enough, so I’ll say it again …Took his time making sure everything was correct and safe and informed me what services can be done next trip out…it was worth every dollar…: )

Last year that boiler died 2 weeks before Christmas and that company couldn't service us for 6-8 weeks. We ended up calling Issac. They found numerous issues with the existing system (this was not a surprise to us, we already had some issues fixed), and replaced our boiler (also helped us get the warranty on the boiler), they fixed the additional issues, and worked long hours to ensure everything was done right before the holidays. We were incredibly pleased with the entire experience. We just had our first service appointment with them, and again, we have been beyond pleased with the professionalism of the office and the service techs. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of repair or service.

All three techs that were here were polite and professional. We had a similar experience several years ago with Holbrook having to return because their repair was not correct. Holbrook charged us for the second visit but Isaac did not. We will definitely be calling Issac in the future!

He was honest and informative. Mitch was able to fix the problem and give me guidance on what to look for in the future. I would definitely recommend this company. It’s always scary worrying about companies taking advantage of unknowledgeable clients but this company seems honest. Thank you for fixing our heat!
