  I truly regret choosing this contractor. From the start, the timeline they promised was meaningless. What was supposed to be a smooth, well-coordinated exterior project dragged on with long gaps of no activity and little communication. Weeks would go by with no progress and no clear answers. The crew that did show up often seemed unprepared and disorganized, leaving parts of the job unfinished or poorly done. We paid a premium expecting skilled craftsmanship, but the results looked rushed and inconsistent. Corners were cut, materials were improperly secured, and issues we pointed out were brushed off instead of corrected. The billing process was the most frustrating part. We were repeatedly pressured to pay the remaining balance even though obvious work was incomplete and problems were still unresolved. When damage occurred to our property during the project, responsibility was denied outright, leaving us to deal with repairs ourselves. To this day, parts of the exterior still need attention. Between the lack of accountability, subpar workmanship, and constant payment demands, this was easily the worst service experience I’ve had. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  I contacted Comfort Windows & Doors earlier this month to get an estimate for new vinyl siding, replacement windows, and exterior trim. At first, everything seemed promising—the office staff was quick to respond and scheduled an in-home estimate within the same week, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. I rearranged my work schedule to be home for the appointment, but after waiting over 30 minutes past the scheduled time, no one showed up. I eventually called their office, only to be told that the estimator was still at the office meeting with another customer. There was no call, text, or email to let me know they were running late—or that they weren’t coming at all. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of urgency or accountability. No apology, no effort to send someone else, and no follow-up call to reschedule. After that day, I never heard from them again. Being late is one thing, but failing to communicate and then showing no interest in making it right comes across as unprofessional and disrespectful of a customer’s time. If this is how they handle potential clients during the estimate phase, I can’t imagine how issues would be handled once a contract is signed. I’m leaving this review so others are aware and can avoid the same frustration. Reliable contractors who value communication and customer service seem harder and harder to find—and unfortunately, this experience didn’t inspire confidence.

  I had an excellent experience with Comfort Windows. The team demonstrated true professionalism from start to finish. Their work was of the highest quality, completed on time, and with great attention to detail. Communication from the team lead was clear and consistent, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crew was not only skilled but also friendly and courteous throughout the project. I highly recommend Comfort Windows for anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service.

  I called Fri night because I had a leak under one of the windows in the kitchen. I wasn't sure if they were still under warranty do to my parents having them installed by Comfort but I am the home owner now. I really didn't expect to get a phone call back until Mon.Sat morning they called me and there were 2 very nice gentlemen that came look at my situation at noon. They were able to fix the problem.

  Great communication! The crew was prompt, very friendly, did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything after. I've had them do a door and a dozen windows in my house on 4 different occasions and I've been very happy every time. Highly recommend!
