  Highly professional, efficient and responsive team. Received a very fair quote for a full driveway replacement within a day or two, way faster than their competition. I appreciate that the team went above and beyond to accommodate an elderly parent. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with them!

  I use CNY Sealing & Paving for commercial snowplowing, and they’re top tier. Tom, John and their team are responsive, reliable, and keep the lot looking sharp - even in the worst CNY weather. Their work speaks for itself, fast service and zero drama. The property always looks professionally maintained. They’re my go to crew. Bonus points for professionalism and pride in their work.   I'm editing my review to clarify on some of the misinformation in the business's response below. Tom no-showed twice and then was late on the third attempt to get an estimate. When I say NO-SHOW, the first time he didn't show up, I called the business and never got a call back until the following week. The second time that he no-showed, he texted me 5 hours after the missed appointment to reschedule. When he finally showed up (late) on the third appointment, Tom accused me of being unprofessional and unprepared for not having a surveyor mark off the property. I had a digital survey of the property, but had not had a surveyor come out to paint/mark the property itself. Other paving companies had not required this for the estimate (and in fact, other paving companies specifically explained that the surveyor would need to mark off the property before digging started), and Tom did not tell me until he was at my home that a surveyor marking off the property was needed to do the estimate. The business had all of the information ahead of time to know that this was a situation of an encroachment and the driveways being right next to each other. It seems that Tom is the one who is "unprofessional" and "unprepared", even though he likes to throw these accusations at his potential customers. Tom finished out his visit to my home by shouting at me that he was glad that he no-showed and wasted my time.

  CNY Sealing was great and I highly recommend them. I first thought I needed the entire driveway redone but without me knowing they came out, looked at the driveway and suggested only a resealing which was much less expensive and which I appreciated very much. Their communication and updates (due to weather) was great. It finally got done, it looks fantastic and I couldn’t recommend CNY. If I could, I’d give them 10 Stars. Thank you to everyone at CNY!!

  I am beyond pleased with the work the paving crew did (as well as the dig out crew that came in before them). The crew was very friendly and professional, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. They answered a few questions I had and explained a thing or two. Our old driveway was quite worn and very narrow so we had it completely taken out and new put in. The new driveway is big, it’s beautiful, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of doing paving.
