When our thermostat stopped working, we reached out to several companies, but only Cooney prioritized our urgent situation and responded promptly. After a thorough assessment, they discovered that the heat exchanger was burned and charred, which had caused our entire system to shut down. Realizing we needed a new furnace, their sales representative arrived within two hours, showcasing not only his kindness and friendliness but also his impressive knowledge. He walked us through every detail and ensured that his team would be available the very next day to restore our heat—something we desperately needed. The installation team called that morning to confirm their arrival, and from the moment they stepped through the door, Zach and Devin took care of everything with remarkable attention to detail. They kept me informed throughout the process, demonstrating their expertise and respect. Their open communication made the experience much smoother. They arrived at 8 AM and didn’t leave until 9 PM, dedicated to providing the best service possible. Their commitment ensured we had heat again, and they truly delivered!   We had a new furnace installed during one of the coldest stretches of weather in Syracuse in years. Shaun W., Quentin and Matt were very professional and accommodating during the entire process, keeping us informed at every step. The new, energy efficient system has performed flawlessly and we could not be happier with our choice of Cooney and will not hesitate to use them for all future HVAC needs.

  Installation of Central Air Conditioning System The initial appointment with Rhonda was positive as she listened to our needs and concerns and presented a comprehensive plan that suited our home. Follow up was done with Brian P, field supervisor, prior to the start of the project to evaluate details of material needs and logistics. Brian effectively communicated with us throughout the project. Our installers were Ben, Cameron, Devon, Jaren & Oden. They were very capable, polite, and respectful. The job was done neatly & Ben went over the workings of the system on the final day and answered all remaining questions. We are very pleased with Cooney from our 1st phone call to project completion.
