- FRFharhan Rahman4 days ago2.0Someone reviewed earlier that the showroom points to customer service and vice versa - that is 100% accurate. Expect customer service and response time to decline substantially after taking thousands of dollars from you. Things started off extremely exciting, but the process post delivery was nothing short of frustrating. No one knows what they’re talking about. Let’s just say if you call customer service back to back, you will get two different answers to the same question. As for the cabinets themselves, the quality is great and it came out beautiful.

He fully explained the WREN kitchen systems, the various looks, etc. He was so thorough & well-versed. Convinced us to set up an at home appointment for measurements & a follow-up to have a visual preview shown to us. WREN you have an amazing employee!! He's definitely an asset to your company.
