  I am very dissatisfied with Wren kitchens. First, they measured the height of our ceiling inaccurately. Our contractor specifically requested that they measure a second time before the cabinets were shipped and Wren refused. Because of their error and refusal to check the measurements the cabinets they delivered were too tall. The 2 tower cabinets simply would not fit and the only solution was to exchange for shorter ones. The upper cabinets that they delivered were 42 inches and were too tall to use with the moldings. Our options were to mount to the ceiling, eliminating the molding, or exchange for the 36 inch cabinets. Regretfully, we chose the former option because as their warehouses would be closed 2 weeks during the holidays, it would be close to a month to do the exchange, leaving us with no kitchen and a living room filled with cartons of cabinets for 2 months. Another problem was that our contractor had other jobs lined up after ours and there was no guarantee he would be available when the cabinets arrived. We still had to wait for the towers and for several cabinets that were damaged, causing more delays. It entirely ruined our holiday season, we spent a fortune on takeout food because we had no kitchen and Wren has done nothing to compensate us except to reimburse us for the crown molding we did not use. To add insult to injury, the faucet that they sent us jammed within two weeks and was stuck in the spray position. We sent them a video to show them the damaged product and three weeks later we received a replacement. We had to pay to have someone install it for $250 and after two days, this new faucet got jammed in the regular position and will not convert to spray!! They have some nerve selling this piece of garbage to us not once but twice. They agreed today to reimburse us the cost of the faucet and we are going to buy a new faucet from a reputable manufacturer, but of course we have to pay someone to install that one as well. Wren refuses to reimburse us for either of these 2 installations. So it is costing us $500 because they sell faulty products. The cabinets so far are very anttractive and the contractor we hired was top notch. But now that I’ve read complaints about the cabinets peeling I worry that this may be in our future as well. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.

  The Wren Kitchens studio in Staten Island is the real deal. The staff actually make the process fun — which is saying a lot when you’re talking about kitchen design! They listen, they care, and they somehow make picking cabinets and countertops feel like hanging out with friends. Everyone there knows their stuff and takes the time to make sure everything fits your style and budget. You’ll leave feeling confident (and maybe a little too excited about drawers and hinges). If you’re redoing your kitchen, skip the stress — go to Wren Staten Island. They make it easy, professional, and actually enjoyable.

  Very unreliable company they measure three times and still did not get it right it has been 7 weeks and they still are not finished.living in a bathroom and bedroom.looking for a lawyer to help From the first day I called the bank with a dispute that was August 6th and they still are not done.and did not show up to finally put counter top in Very bad company.they don't even take the old cabinets out i even had to pay for that. They had to change the cabinets after 3 different measureers came Can't wait to get rid of them If could I would sue them
