Just completed my first maintenance appointment and the technician Kevin G. was really great. he was detail oriented, VERY knowledgeable-- explained to me every step and everything he's worked on, which was both my heating and split mini AC systems in my house. Truly respectful, polite and professional throughout the whole time. I could not have asked for a better tech to come work on my home appliance systems.

Turned out the water under my water heater leaked over from my neighbors water heater next door pooling under mine. Honesty is hard to come by these days. I appreciated the professionalism after my blunder.
