They had storm window screens that were damaged at installation from sept till April. When the hot weather came I remembered they were supposed to be re-screened but they had never called me to tell me they were ready. This poor communication was common throughout my business dealings with them. We ordered storm windows & doors & had them installed. The Larson products they sell are ok.
