From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to diagnose the issue carefully, explained what was going on with my boiler in a way I could actually understand, and walked me through my options before doing any work. Throughout the visit they were courteous, clean, and efficient, making sure to protect the work area and clean up after themselves. What really stood out was their teamwork and attention to detail. They made sure everything was running safely and smoothly before they left, and answered all of my questions without rushing. You can tell they take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the great service from PAC Plumbing and especially from Kevin, John, and Ken. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs boiler service or plumbing work done right.

He patiently educated me on the issues and the fix. He also gave good tips on general maintenance of the HVAC (e.g., filter). Although I’m not sure if their prices were competitive, their service was worth the cost. I would highly recommend them.

I was set on replacing it sooner than later to avoid any potential bigger problems down the road. Everything worked out and within a few days I was able to schedule an appointment for a replacement . Chris was very knowledgeable and respectful. Spectacular work and did not leave a mess. I am super satisfied with PAC. Thank you again.
- JSJohn SchneiderNov 4, 20255.0Pete the plumber came to my home (on time) to advise or recommend a solution to my frozen pipes dilemma. Pete inspected my heating system and how best to prevent my pipes from freezing. Pete also inspected my bathroom sink, which was leaking. He identified the problem which was that the faucet needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, $833 is too steep a price for me to pay. Overall, Pete was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
- OZOtman ZayerNov 1, 20252.0Needed to get a simple toilet flange installed. Quoted me $600 which I thought was a bit steep but expected a good job. I tried doing it myself but screwed up and showed him the flange that I used. He then oddly expected me to give him my used flange that was a bit old and dirty and that I bought and paid for. I was shocked and then he gave me an attitude after I told him, “no, I paid $600 for you to reuse my old part?” He didn’t even offer to reduce the price. He then stomped out my house saying, “fine, I’ll buy my own one.” The toilet was installed a bit crooked, with the toilet seat not even secured fully and didn’t even add the screw covers, saying you could buy them yourselves they’re cheap. I was very dissatisfied and this being a large company. Would not recommend unfortunately, you pay a steep price, get an attitude and be expected to provide all your own parts, odd?
