- MMMatthew MinerDec 22, 20255.04 years ago, they installed a new boiler for me. The other day, it refused to light. I called, they showed up in a half hour. D. did diagnosis, didn't find the problem. Brought in the big guns, few minutes later, problem was diagnosed - a defective National Grid regulator (Not Buttermark's responsibility or business to service). He was correct. It was only marginally bad, good enough to keep the water heater running, not good enough to run the boiler (The most difficult type of failure to diagnose and fix). Charge? "$0, boiler was a new system." That's outstanding customer service and standing behind the sale. ((National Grid came in and replaced the regulator, all's good now.))

She was beyond rude, to add further insult, no one ever showed up for the scheduled appointment. We had used Buttermark previously without any problems. They came recommended and at one time lived up to that recommendation. If your company no longer wants the business of certain clientele, then maybe your company should be brave enough to state that. If that’s not the case, get rid of that ignoramous who’s answering the phone and being blatantly disrespectful. She’s clearly uneducated and just bloody ignorant.
