One of the inevitable experiences we all dread is having the heating system fail in winter. Community II was fantastic from scheduling, response and getting the heating system back up and running again. The repair team was very professional and courteous. We really appreciate how they got right down to working on it until it was restored to service. Great experience under the stressful circumstances!

They did a great job fixing a pipe burst during a very cold winter day. They worked super hard to really test the system after the repairs to ensure everything was stable moving forward.

How long does an HVAC system usually last?
An HVAC system typically lasts between 12 and 15 years with proper maintenance. More efficient models may have an extended lifespan, potentially surpassing this range.
Should I repair or replace my HVAC system?
If your HVAC system is more than 10 years old, requires frequent repairs, or has led to a notable increase in your energy bills, replacement might be more cost-effective than ongoing repairs.

What type of workers do you employ?
Our workforce consists of licensed and certified professionals in their respective trades. We don't employ general handymen; instead, we hire the most skilled individuals the industry has to offer.
How can you be the best at what you do and yet so affordable?
Our 50+ years of industry experience have taught us how to manage operational costs, supplies, and overhead effectively. We're able to source high-quality products at competitive prices and pass these savings on to our customers. While we may not be the cheapest option, we offer experienced and affordable services for both commercial and residential clients.
Do you provide written estimates?
Yes, we provide detailed written estimates for all projects. We review these estimates with you to ensure your complete understanding and satisfaction.
Do you have insurance?
As a fully licensed and insured HVAC contractor company, we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. We're happy to provide documentation upon request.
Why should I hire you as my HVAC contractor?
We prioritize our community and are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Our team consistently delivers beyond expectations, completing projects correctly, on time, and within budget. With our fleet of trucks, licensed technicians, and over five decades of experience, we're well-equipped to meet your HVAC needs.
