George M will explain thoroughly any questions you have about your system, the reason why it broke down, and make you a better heat system owner. So credit goes to Bob Mim's for putting a team together that is capable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Note to any prospective client reading this: I replaced a 20+ year Weil-McLean system which never gave any problems, until it did! It was replaced in December 2022 and have had two service calls--one very expensive, as it was not covered by warranty. As I enter this review, I had a third call to deal with the expansion tank (manufactured by AMTROL) which in June 2025 had a **perfect circular perforation** of circa 2/16" in size. Another expensive service call! The frustration that Bob Mim's cannot provide warranties beyond a year after install will have you become mad with rage. So I suggest you get some home warranty insurance plans to cover your new boiler system as I am finding out the hard way that things are not being made as they used and no one is going to be your advocate about it.
