  I have had a maintenance contract with Community ll for ac and furnace for several years plus a few emergency repairs I am completely satisfied , they respond quickly and have excellent technicians

  Great experience working with Community 11 on the Golf Cave project. They were on time, reliable, and delivered solid work throughout. Easy to coordinate with and stayed on schedule. Would definitely work with them again.

  My tenant recommended this company, and I truly can’t thank her enough. The office staff are polite, professional, and very accommodating. The team in the field is knowledgeable, efficient, and consistently gets the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

  Last week (March 12), we had a new furnace and air-conditioning system installed by Community II, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. We honestly could not be happier. This is a true family-run business, and it shows in the way they treat their customers. Michael was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. He scheduled the appointment promptly around our availability, took the time to explain the entire system clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what the company would be doing before any work began. The price was fair and competitive with other estimates we received, but what really made Community II stand out was Michael’s honesty, professionalism, and the confidence he inspired from the start. He made certain every question we had was answered thoroughly. The installation crew was excellent - friendly, respectful, clean, and extremely thorough. They worked carefully, kept everything neat, and made sure the job was done right. What impressed us even more was the level of involvement from the ownership. Michael’s father who started the business remains actively involved. And Michael personally came to the house to check on the progress, oversee the work, and even jumped in to help the crew when needed. Michael made certain everything was being done to the highest standard. That kind of dedication and pride in workmanship is rare today, and says a great deal about the company.
