They admitted it was their mistake, so we suggested they contact the building owner for payment, which they never did. Now they decided they won't provide service for us at all. And, the unit they did the repair on isn't working. This is an example of not accepting responsibility for their own errors.

Thank you Heat and Kool for staffing a great team.

The technician Steve analyzed the problem and found out all I needed was a capacitor saving me a lot of money. He was both knowledgeable and professional. He showed me the problem area and explained all he did. He cleaned and inspected the unit and found no further problems. I would use Heat and Kool again.
