  Previously this company was very responsive. However, they did a repair on a unit that we hadn't authorized. They admitted it was their mistake, so we suggested they contact the building owner for payment, which they never did. Now they decided they won't provide service for us at all. And, the unit they did the repair on isn't working. This is an example of not accepting responsibility for their own errors.

  Our property at Extra Space storage was blistering hot customers and staff both complaining Ryan from Heat and Kool did a fabulous job getting our Air Conditioning Unit back up and running what a great young man he was explained to things to where I could understand what happened that caused the ac unit to close down as a company Heat and Kool has a great employee in Ryan. Thank you Heat and Kool for staffing a great team.

  Heat and Kool is the best Heating and Cooling company I have ever worked with! I appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism. There are very fairly priced compared to other services! Steve was the best technician I have ever dealt with for any at home service! Highly recommend calling them for your residential heating and cooling issues!

  I was so happy with Heat & Kool's service. Had an ac freezing up issue on my just under 4 year old central air conditioning unit. At 1st I called that big hvac red van company I***c popular in our area who originally installed the unit to come out to fix. 5 visits , 6 weeks and over $800 later it still was not fixed. It felt like the techs were just guessing. They wanted more money to diagnose the issue and kept pushing their gold seal plan and trying to convince me that my furnace was old and I needed a new one for the cost of $4000. However they could not show me data to prove that my old furnace was causing the ac freezing issue. I got fed up and was not happy that I wasted the whole month of June being hot and paying for it On a recommendation from a coworker I called Heat & Kool. Both the owner and his residential hvac expert came out. You could tell right off the bat that they were not looking to make a buch of money but were generally interested in solving this ac freezing issue. They found some mistakes that I***c made including discovering that the big red van company left air bubbles in the refrigerant lines which can cause freezing. They pulled out the furnace blower, did a quick 15 minute cleaning of the fan blades put it back in and the ac runs great now. No new furnace needed, no warranty service plan pushed on me and no expensive bill. Just a couple of guys who are very knowledgeable and are nice as heck and professional. I wish I knew about them sooner.
