Each inspection took only about 15 minutes and cost me over $1500. What I got was some pictures and a very brief report that basically just described what the cesspools were made of. It didn't tell me if the blocks were eroding, how much longer the cesspools could last, etc. I felt I paid a lot and didn't get much information in return.

John Parry is so knowledgable and thorough, he described everything he was going to do and why. We got a few estimates and truth be told we hired another company first (we took the lowest one because they were all similar). However because John educated me on what he was doing and why, it was clear to me that the company we hired showed up completely unprepared, including the wrong equipment, and they clearly were winging it. I knew more than they did at this point! They way they were doing things, it would have been a nightmare! So we let them go on the spot and hired John (like we should have in the first place!) He has a phenomenal team, they did a great job, and they were just HONEST which is hard to find these days. I would not hire anyone else. Southfork Septic gets my vote of confidence every time!
