If I could given wren a negative review I would.Wren delivered the wrong size for two of our cabinets, and we were missing a piece. So the installers had to come back multiple times to finish the job. The first installer worked from Tuesday-Saturday 8:30-5 (Saturday 9-1). He did everything he could do without the missing pieces. But I was a bit annoyed that there was only one installer sent to assemble our entire kitchen for 5 days. There should be have been more than one person sent. Additionally, wren did not make it clear to us that we would need to be home for multiple days of installation. We were given one day for the install and were not told how long it would take. When I asked the call center how long it would take to install, they said “ask your installer when they get there” that was extremely not helpful. Especially since it did not set the expectation that I needed to take off work for multiple days. When all was delivered and installed, I have to take 7 days off for install and 3 separate days off for the delivery. And then two days off for the counter tops. That’s 12 days that’s spanned over an entire month. This expectation was never set with us. We are extremely disappointed that nothing in this process was communicated properly and we were not informed. I pre scheduled my counter top measurement. The day before I called to confirm the appointment and the wren team tried to tell me that I canceled the appointment. Which was not true. Then I spoke to the counter top team directly and they advised that the appointment was never made by wren. So my kitchen was delayed another week to be measured and complete for the counter tops. Wren out sources the counter top and are meant to handle the appointments and communication. The entire time I felt like I was the project manager for my kitchen and not wren. I ordered a microwave through wren. On my order paperwork, the microwave says “connection type: hard wire” so I paid an electrician to come and convert my plug to a hard wire connection so Home Depot could install when they delivered the microwave. Once home depot came to deliver and install, they said they couldn’t do a hard wire install. So I had to call and reschedule them to come back with someone who could do the hard wire. The next person comes a week later. That person ALSO says they can’t install a hard wire. Why did I pay wren for a hard wire install, if Home Depot, whom wren contracted, would not do a hard wire install?? Worst of all, I had my electrician come back to install the microwave himself. When he got there, we found out that the microwave was NOT a hard wire, it’s a plug. Why would my paperwork say hard wire if it’s a plug in? When I called the wren team to talk about it, they said they didn’t know why it says hard wire when it’s not. This is a horrible laps in communication between wren and the home owner who is in charge of the electrical work.
On a side note, as a new home owner, and this being my very first remodel, I am very surprised and how much they expected us to know and double check their work. I do not work with cabinets regularly, I didn’t think I needed to check over every single measurement to ensure that they measured our kitchen correctly. They had a person come to our home to measurement the space. Then we adjusted the kitchen design to match the space they said we had. After we finalized each piece, they sent ANOTHER person to measure to ensure that everything we selected was going to fit in the space we have. Including the appliances we already had. They also asked for our appliance’s codes so they could confirm the size for us. So that is three different ways wren checked for measurements. AND YET, they measured our refrigerator as a 30inch when it is a 33inch. So all of the measurements were wrong surrounding the fridge. How can they mess that up??? I have never worked with such an incompetent company in my entire life.

This company deserves negative stars and it has been the worst most incompetent company that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have been waiting 2 months with no kitchen due to the constant lack of communication and misinformation I was given. They never completed any of the work on time and now once again the completion has been delayed and I will have no kitchen for the holidays. But they made sure that I paid in full!! This process has been going on for months with no outreach or resolution from the company despite multiple attempts. Save your money and go elsewhere!! Extremely dissatisfied in how unprofessional these people are

Worst place. Do not go here. Very difficult to get a response and they cancel on you without saying anything. Been cancelled on 3 times and they don’t let you know unless you call THEM.
