  What can we say? Neal has helped us pick the right carpet for so many rooms in our current and former homes that we are losing count! Not only does the store have such an incredibly wide range of carpets from so many different companies, but the customer service you will get from Neal is so personalized, professional and top notch. Neal first takes the time to understand your wishes and needs and then pulls ideas for you to look at. We were indecisive on our last purchase, and Neal was so patient with us through the whole process. We made multiple trips back to the store and changed our minds several times, but Neal never made us feel rushed. After we finally settled on our choice, Neal worked hard to ensure the carpet arrived and was installed in our tight timeframe. We really can't recommend Neal and his whole staff (who also helped us along the way) enough!

  Awful! I called and talk to the guy who answer the phone and explained what i need and he just said I Cant Help you! Just because i told him i bought this particular floor somewhere else and now need just one box! What a sales person! Now i know where to tell my friends not to go or call!
