- CCChristopherNov 14, 20251.0I cannot recommend Phinney Group. Initially, several of my emails went unanswered and it was only because my realtor gave me the owner's cell phone could I reach him to discuss my $10M+ Lake George new build project. After our first 1 hour long phone call, I never got another email or phone call back even after reaching out several more times (as discussed, I was expecting contract and a questionnaire), until the receptionist sent a generic email one month later. I replied saying why I was not willing to move forward with them and once again, they never responded (you would expect a professional firm to apologize). I have since found other architects that actually communicate, and they were significantly less than the $300K Mike Phinney quoted me.
