  Last summer (2024), Rod of ACR Landworks managed our project of prepping our land for placement of a new home. This included clearing the land (which turned out to be a very challenging task with more rocks than dirt in a lot of places!), engaging the services of and coordinating with the Builder, Building Inspector and other contractors. (Electrician, Concrete team and Plumber). Rod was very professional and personable in working with us. He managed all aspects of our prep and communicated with us on any necessary questions, updates or coordination details. Rod has continued to work with us and brainstorm ideas and answer questions on next steps and projects we anticipate. We highly recommend Rod and his team! Professional, personable, communicative, goes above and beyond!

  I had ACR excavate a slab for my house build and I could not be any happier. Rod and his team had set up a site view, gave me a fair estimate, gave me a comprehensive,, step-by-step action plan before I agreed to commit. Time-lines, cost of materials, sourcing of said materials, and flexibility were openly and easily accommodated. In addition, the ACR staff coordinated skillfully and successfully with the other contractors I had hired, such as the electrician, plumber, and the communications infrastructure installers to bring together a challenging house build that othwrwise could have been a huge headache. In conclusion, I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rod Garrett and the ACR team
