The warehouse manager was very helpful in accommodating delivery schedules and the installers arrived on time, were polite, professional and did a fabulous job. The Karastan carpet came out gorgeous and feels extremely soft from the thick padding underneath. Pricing more competitive than another local company I compared to, and the customer service was far superior than the other store. Call Luke for your carpet needs!
