  Just wanted to go on record, I am very happy with their work. No fooling around, they get to work and get it done quickly. I was amazed how well they did in one day. I'd hire them again.....which I did.

  Never dreamed I would need a proper property preservation company. Not only were they there within the hour, they helped us carry everything from a basement upstairs and told us they "had it". They not only "had it" they went above and beyond any same person would do to ensure we were relaxed, happy and empathetic to what we were dealing with. It's odd to find someone who respects everything about you when you are in a state of trauma. If your deciding whom to use you really should stop looking. They are worth their weight and gold and thank you so much!

  I am happy to write this recommendation on behalf of James Garcia & his team at Garcia’s Property Preservation. Two years ago, I contacted James for help to empty out my parents’ 4 BR home in Sullivan County that had just been sold. I flew out from the west coast & faced a daunting task fraught with stress & emotion. There were many decisions to make in a short period of time, as I sorted through a collection of family material and furniture acquired over a lifetime. I had no idea how I would empty the house in time for the new owners to take possession in just a few short weeks. But James & his team came through for me and organized/disposed/loaded & unloaded heavy furniture & many boxes to donation centers, the dump, and even a storage unit, for those pieces I needed more time with. He completed the job exactly as we agreed and exceeded my expectations. James is a smart man with a pleasant demeanor & has high integrity. He has excellent customer service skills & is fair in his pricing. I would contact him again in a heartbeat.

  When I was moving my sister had used James’s service and was highly satisfied and recommended him to me. I was not disappointed. James arrived on time and was highly professional explaining what the process for the removal of junk that I collected in my house. It was a quick process and I highly recommend him to all. He also quoted a fair and reasonable price.

  Garcia and crew exceeded my expectations. They're professional and kind and have used them multiple times. They’re good pricing, reliable and get the job done clean without a complaint. I would look NO further! Highly recommend and will use for future cleanups.
