From the first time we seen joes neighborhood in whistlers cove we kept coming back and saying we have to build. We talked to many different builders and still Sortino properties houses stood out above the rest. They met everything we wanted in a house and their floor plans are extremely customizable. They make the process seamless and easy. They treat you like family and l would recommend anyone to build with them.

Not finding a layout to meet my need, I worked with an architect to customize a plan. I interviewed four builders and decided on Joe because of the quality of his standards, the detailed notebook he provided outlining the process with pictures of some preselected requests, and his accessibility during the process. Never having built before, I was nervous and a bit overwhelmed initially. Joe and his team put me at ease and I knew I could count on them. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to build with him again.

Excellent attention to detail, tons of functional floor plans, great upgrades such as poured basements, pocket doors, walk-in showers, and epoxied garage/basement floors. And, most of all, Joe's handshake is his word. I would use Sortino for any size build, throughout the Metro Rochester area.
