  We needed to have the electrical for our double ovens reconfigured after and electrical fire. They got us on their schedule and were here the very next day first thing. Matt was professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go and even installed our new ovens. We also told him that morning our hot water tank was leaking. He called the office right away and they had a plumber here right away to take care of that for us as well. Jesh did a great job with all our water heater issues. Professional and went above and beyond as well. I highly recommend.

  Highly recommend. I needed a new underground power feed and subpanel to my detached garage and worked with electrician Nick Hance throughout the whole process, from him initially diagnosing the issue, to completing the replacement. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions, of which I had many. Nice guy too. The company was cool with me doing the trenching myself to save some $ which I appreciated. The new feed and subpanel work great, look tidy, and no shortcuts were taken. The price was very reasonable, and it is clear that Nick takes pride in his work, which reflects well on the company as a whole. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and will be going right to Nichols for future electrical needs.

  Very pleased with the service from Nichols. Had plumbing and electrical issues that needed to be resolved. Both technicians were friendly, helpful, experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. Willing to spend the time answering questions and offering feedback on possible upgrades with no pressure to make immediate purchase for any upgrades at this time. Would and will definitely call Nichols again for any of the services they offer. I felt at ease and comfortable my problems were resolved. Thank you Nichols!!

  Mate and his apprentice, arrived on time...after calling me on their way to see I wanted them to stop and pick me up a latte or a tea...were professional, polite and respectful. He fully reviewed the plan, solicited any questions I might have and kept me updated as the work progressed. They thoroughly cleaned up, had me inspect the work and again reassured me of policy regarding guarantees. I am very pleased with the work done in my home. PS. As if I wasn't already very pleased with the services I received from Nichols Electic earlier this week, I was thrilled to open my door this afternoon and find a Thank You gift from them! A darling little six pack (for me for soft drinks) thermal cooler and delightfully it contained 10 yummy cookies of two flavors. Thank you Nichols. Totally unexpected and equally appreciated!

  Great response time. Very friendly, professional, and patient with me, especially for an after-hours emergency service call. Ron took the time to walk me through the plumbing issue we had, the pros and cons of different possible solutions, answered all my questions, and really helped me understand my options. Isaac came out to handle and electrical issue, and was also very professional, friendly, and helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I was referred to Nichols Electric & Plumbing by a friend, and am really happy with the service. Would definitely recommend!
