  The experience itself was wonderful. The technician Jacob did a amazing job. He was very polite and knowledgeable. After he was done he took the time to give me a detailed explanation of what he'd done, etc., etc. Jacob should be commended for the fantastic job he did. I would have given a 5 star review except for the $129 fee we were charged just for the technician to come out. My wife and I are retired and living on a very, very fixed budget. I found out that they charge everyone this fee regardless.

  My tech Jesse Hoagland was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions and explained items I didn’t understand. He showed me the damper switch that I had forgotten to flip when changing to heat and back to AC, and helped me understand how it affected the system working properly. I had called Isaac about a funny rattling noise that occurred a couple of times in the past week - it hasn’t occurred since he did a full tune up and also cleaned my humidifier. I am very happy with the service last t week, and signed up for the Silver Care.

  I was away on a cruise when my pet sitter notified me that my heat was out. This left my two cats alone in a cold house. I asked my sitter to call Isaac and, after verifying with me, they sent Jeffrey out the same afternoon. He was able to arrive just as my pet sitter got there for her evening visit. The problem was a bad igniter and Jeffrey had a new one on his truck. He fixed the heat, my sitter was able to go on to other clients, the cats were warm, and I was much relieved! Thank you, Isaac! My Gold membership is worth every cent.

  Isaac Heating & Cooling installed a new electrical panel, meter box, main wire, and all breakers in my home less than a year ago. They advertise 24/7 emergency electrical service. Tonight at ~8:30pm, lights flickered and a loud buzzing came from the panel. I shut off the main breaker. A loose wire in the double 20 breaker caused it—a serious fire hazard. I called immediately and spoke to supervisor Joey C. They first claimed no record of the work (I have proof they did it), then said no one could come until Monday 12-5pm, with a $100 service fee plus repair costs. When I asked if they’d cover another company’s emergency bill, he said no. Extremely disappointed in their lack of accountability and failure to honor 24/7 claims on their own recent work. Would not recommend.

  I have a tankless hot water combi system which not only heats my house it heats my water. I had a condensation pump that was broken and spraying water on my basement floor. That was replaced free of charge as I am a gold member. Now the bad news. I have 3 heating zones in my house and my family room and powder room zone hasn't worked all winter. Lucky for me and my family I have a gas insert that Isaac installed as well in that room so it keeps it toasty. After asking my repairman Brian about this he gave me some great suggestions on what it could be. He was excellent by the way. But to my astonishment the only things covered by the gold care is the unit itself and the condensation pump. The thermostats and zone controllers are not included. Here's where my exasperation comes in. I didn't put those in- you did. It was part of the system. How the hell is this not included. What am i paying for? How can the gold care not encompass the ENTIRE system that YOU put in??? Frustration I don't need. This wasn't brought up when i purchased and continually pay for the plan every month. It took a repair to find this out. That's not right. I probably have purchased my last piece of equipment from Isaac. I urge anyone to find out EXACTLY what these gold care packages include because they are not being up front about the packages. It's a lot of money for these just make sure you know what you are paying for. This is my second tankless system I have purchased. The first one crapped out a month after the manufacturers warranty had expired and it was going to cost a fortune just to figure out what the problem was. These systems are very expensive I'm close to 20K into both of them and then I find out that not everything is covered. BUYER BEWARE indeed. I didn't expect this kind of deception from this company which is exactly why I went with them in the first place.
