- MMMel MJul 13, 20221.0The parts department was not helpful at all. They were more focused on completing their warehouse jobs than coming over to help. Two employees looked at me and kept going, never said hello or asked if I needed help. When someone did come to help he said he'd have to get someone else to help me who knew more about item I needed. I saw them standing around talking for a while and I decided to leave. No urgency to help the customer. Poor customer service. The front receptionist was very kind.
