My new home has been having plumbing issues and we were referred to this company by Nichols Electric and plumbing. Phil and Sean came to my home and they provided a very in depth assessment of our drains/sewer system. They got on my roof with their cameras as well as my basement. They were both respectful of me and my home, and they provided me with SO much education as a new homeowner. I was really impressed with both of their knowledge and professionalism. Luckily my issue was a relatively easy fix by the town (which Phil helped me navigate), but they also left me with some great recommendations for improvements we can do in the future.

Josh who came out was great and met the timeframe. Fixed the drain issue and also for a nice education along the way. Seems like a professional operation and easy to work with.

Administrative office staff not so well. As a customer we should not have to make phone calls to follow up on the status of our work. A courtesy call to give us an update would have been acceptable. At least a couple of months went by until we finally called to get an update. Then made another call a few weeks later for another update. Then once it was scheduled the technician did not come up to the door to let us know they were on our driveway. They called the office. The Office called and got vm due to spouse being at a concert and not able to pick up call. Technician should have walked up to the door and ring the doorbell. Other spouse was in the house waiting for technicians arrival. Had to reschedule visit. Again communication and customer service was poor.
