    Steve and Matt arrived right on time to take measurements for a replacement glass door. I appreciate the communication throughout working with wonder windows. They Called me right when they were going to arrive and they also arrived exactly on time. They were very respectful enter entering my home. Communicated the entire process with me. They were very detailed and asked plenty of questions regarding the home and what I would like to order. Very knowledgeable, and I appreciate their kindness!

    Chase went above and beyond to service our window. Chase drove a half hour to our home and was able to fix the problem. I could not have asked for a better service! We have replaced windows in 3 different homes and been extremely pleased with the windows and the lifetime guarantee on the windows. They provide a great product and great service.

    Using Wonder Windows to get 3 entry doors replaced in the house and garage. It's a 3 step process, the estimate, final measurements, and installation. Today was the final measurements appointment at 930. Steve K, of the final measurement associate who clearly has a very important and tedious job, called me at 9am as expected, and told me he'd be here at 930 right as scheduled. He did show up right at 930, handed me paperwork on what to expect moving forward throughout the the entire process. Started measuring all current doors to make sure the new ones will fit perfectly. Asked me many questions throughout the measuring, to confirm and verify, that exactly what was on the paperwork is what I wanted and expected to be installed. Overall appointment took 25-30 mins, but I feel happy and comfortable knowing Steve K took his time with measurements and went over paperwork with me to ensure an easy and satisfying installment of the final product.

    Steve Klaver was so awesome. Punctual to the minute, helpful, knowledgeable and just a super nice guy. A credit to the Wonder Windows team. When I’m ready to do the second floor can I request Steve lol… thanks to the whole team too!

    From the initial estimate to the installation, Wonder Windows was great! Communication was excellent and the installers did a fantastic job. Everything was done in the time they said and cleaned up every bit of my yard that had something on it. Definitely would recommend!!
