    Final measurement for 12 new windows. Steve Klaver and Matthew Varney were great, knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions.

    Brian our salesman was great to work with and got us the best deal on our french door. Steve Klaver was a pleasure to work with on our final measure and answered all of our questions. We are just waiting for our windows to come in and be installed now.

    I'm 83yrs years old, feel I was taken advantage of. Salesman started at $20,000 for 6 double hung & 4 slider windows. He lowered it to $16000. He said he'll call the new salesmaneger, being end of month he could lowered it to $500 to $1000 . He lowered it to $13211, which regrettably I agreed to. Think about it later felt I was at a time share. Called Salesman later asking if slider. Windows are less expensive, cause less of mechanized. He said there was more to them a lie. I wanted a price for a picture window, he told me they only sell windows in groups of 4 or more another lie Wonder Windows are highly rate is whe I choose them. No need for time share practices with such a reputable company. Feel I was pressured.

    We love WonderWindows!! We have gotten so much enjoyment out of our reasonably priced large, beautiful triple-paned latticed slider windows in our Florida Room which we ordered from WW and installed ourselves over 10 years ago. Recently an indoor football game resulted in the cracking of one of the sashes. We contacted Chase in wholesale. It was a cinch to reorder even after years-- there is handy info right on the inside of the window. Chase made it is easy as pie and went above and beyond to get it to us quickly! Highly recommended!

    Very happy with Wonder from beginning to end of our window and door replacement project. Started with the salesman Tom Garmon, was very professional, informative and attentive, also not pushy or aggressive to get the sale. 2nd, the installation crew was contracted out from their buffalo location, Paramount windows and doors were the company, the crew was fantastic, very professional, courteous and friendly, always cleaned up after each day, took their time to make sure each window was properly installed and took the time to answer any questions we may have had during install. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone interested in a home window/door replacement project.
