  GREAT SERVICE! From the moment that I walked into the showroom, the visit to my house, the presentation of options and the AWESOME DELIVERY of everything from the plan. The young men that completed the SHOWER and FLOOR installation were GREAT! On time daily and superb work to the finish. See before and after pics.

  We live in a house that's 105 years old. As we are getting older, we decided to remove the tub and replace it with a walk in shower. Getting in and out of a tub was becoming dangerous. We interviewed and got estimates from three different companies. Comparing the three, Wonder Showers and Baths was the clear leader. They were not necessarily the cheapest, but the quality of the material was perfect for our needs. They are solid and well built . Other companies claimed they could do it in one day. Maybe, but I question the quality of the work. Wonder was very upfront it would take at least two days (with us, it was two and a half days.) The installation crew, Ray and Bianca, were professional and very competent. Their work was amazing. The demolition, always a messy part, was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. The put in new plumbing as needed. There was an issue with a drain pipe that came loose. Totally not their fault - it is an old house - and they repaired it quickly. The final product is beautiful. It is big, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The quality of work is perfect. I would highly recommend Wonder for anyone who wants a conversion like this.

  I am extremely happy with the new shower from tub conversion that was recently installed. Not only was the work done quickly, but they went above and beyond with several things. The two gentleman that were here to install were kind and willing to answer any questions and address any concerns. I would highly recommend wonder window to anyone. Thank you for a shower that my 85 year old father can access easily now!

  ****UPDATE: We were contacted by a representative and arrangements were made to rectify the situation. We are satisfied with the outcome. Butch and Tim were excellent. We enjoyed working with them.***** This place is the worst. They took advantage of an unexpected and unfortunate event in our lives. We gave them a deposit to convert our mother’s bathroom into a walk-in tub. Unfortunately, our mother had a medical event and may not ever be able to return home. We asked if we could use the deposit towards other work in the house (windows/doors). They refused and tried to convince us to move forward with the bathroom remodel. Completing this remodel would cost twice as much as we’ve lost contracting with this business. We asked if we could take possession of the materials (since they claimed they purchased products for the bathroom remodel). They also refused this request. I would never spend any money with a company that takes advantage of the elderly. What a shame. If we offered to move forward with another project, why would they refuse (unless they wanted something for nothing).
