A special shout out to Valerie, who is always delightful and incredibly helpful whenever we call. Great customer service is rare these days, and it does not go unnoticed.     I started service in Aug I paid for the year. I bring can out front night before. They never came last week. When I called the lady was very rude and said no they said they were there but you garbage was not. But it was. So was the whole street. They never came down this whole street. So I'm wrong for asking because I paid for the year. The lady was so rude.

    Recently, I called white trash to compliment them on their service and in particular one of their employees that handles my area. And in response, the company sent me a gift card and a T-shirt. I wish to thank them for this token of their appreciation and I wish more people would commend those who are caring for these essential duties.
