I called UTK, and the woman that answered, checked with the Service manager, and told me to come right in, they'd work me in. I got there roughly a half an hour later, checked in, and was told the tech would get to me as soon as he could. I looked out my passenger mirror 10 minutes later, and Gary, was working on the Tripac. It took him about 15-25 minutes to find the problem, and I was back on the road in an hour. Gary did an awesome job! I won't hesitate to use their service department again. Thanks UTK of Rochester! You have a great team!
