  We have used Nichols for 6 years. Yesterday we had a kitchen plumbing question/problem and Joe was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything, asked questions, and gave cost effective advice. The scheduling was also easy and thorough, they listen to your needs and after booking send email and text with technical name, and they were on time. Everything our household needs for electric and plumbing we go to Nichols. If you want timely, professional, safe and guaranteed service, they’re the place.

  This was my first experience using Nichols Electric. My issue was perplexing and worrisome to me and my experience working with Nick Hance was great. He went above and beyond in his step by step explanation of how the visit was to go forward. He is a very pleasant, courteous and professional technician and was able to correct my main issue of flickering kitchen lights and reassured me that everything was running safely. Should I need assistance in the future I would definitely ask for Nick.

  I recently had my electrical panel upgraded by Nichols Electric and Plumbing, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Hess, the electrician who completed the work, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. He clearly explained the process, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was completed safely and efficiently. The new panel is neatly installed and functioning perfectly. I feel much more confident knowing my home’s electrical system is updated and up to code. I’ve had several services performed by Nichols Electric and Plumbing and each experience has been consistently excellent. Their team is reliable, courteous, and committed to quality work.   I needed a light fixture hard wired above a painting. Ben and Nick arrived 15 minutes after the beginning of the time range i was told to expect them; that was my first pleasant surprise. They came to give me an estimate on the cost of the job. But after the estimate, it turned out they could do the job right then and there. they worked for 2 1/2 hours and did a beautiful job.Upon completion, the guarantees were carefully explained and they put the room back together. After they left, I trudged upstairs to pull out the ladder to put the clothes back in the closet and all the folded blankets back on the shelf where i had removed them so the workers could access the crawl space, only to find that they had even put everything back in the closet. Initially I had thought the estimate sounded high, but by the time two men had worked for 2 1/2 hours and left everything so clean and neat, what i paid looked like a bargain. How wonderful to find such a professional outfit!

  I recently had the pleasure of having Nichols Electric & Plumbing for the installation of a new electric panel, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. Caleb first came out to assess the work order. He was polite, patient, and clear in his explanations, making sure I understood everything before any work began. There was no confusion or misunderstanding whatsoever, something I greatly appreciated. When it came time for the installation, Isaac and Nick arrived promptly and got right to work. Later, Dustin came by to provide additional support, real teamwork in action! These young gentlemen impressed me tremendously with their maturity, professionalism, and excellent work ethic. They worked efficiently together, were meticulous and tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. When they finished, everything was completed perfectly and left spotless. As a senior homeowner, I found it both refreshing and reassuring to see such fine young men who take their jobs seriously and treat customers with courtesy and respect. Caleb, Isaac, Nick, and Dustin are a true credit to Nichols Electric & Plumbing and represent their company exceptionally well. I highly recommend Nichols Electric & Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality service. These young men have set a fine example of what good workmanship and teamwork should look like. We will not hesitate to call on Nichols Electric & Plumbing for any future work.
