  I needed a normal one-handle kitchen faucet switched out with one that I bought. The tech, Joel, came and assessed the plumbing under the sink. He said the shut-offs under the sink were old and should be updated to quarter turn shutoffs. He also said my S trap should be updated to a P trap. The estimate to have this all done was over $1,000! I decided to do everything but the P trap. It still cost me $682 before tax. Joel was great but I'm shocked at how much this cost me.

  Nick H was awesome!! Very professional and knows his stuff. I had two bathroom fans replaced. A speaker fan in the master as well as adding an Lutron switch. Kids LOVE the speaker. I also had an issue with a neutral that was causing three GFI not to work. He chased that back to an outside outlet (not a GFI). When he removed the outlet, there was burnt wires and stuff behind it. He replaced that outlet. Installing a GFI as needed. This fixed the original GFI issue that I had. More important Nick potentially caught/prevented a future fire issue. So scary!!! Talked about a few things for down the road as well when the weather gets nicer. No upselling here or pressure he was professional. We discussed my needs and the direction that would best fit. Nick was a pleasure to work with and an asset to you your buisness

  Nate and Nick arrived as scheduled. Nick had been well briefed by the estimator (Caleb) who gave us the quote for our work. They got to work right away after we showed them around the work spaces. They were very careful to limit noise in the vicinity of our son (who works late hours) until he headed off to work about 2:30 PM. The greater part of the job was installing 4 new power circuits in our basement (total of 10 outlet boxes). They encountered some difficulty with their initial plan, as two walls they had expected would have framing behind drywall actually had plywall mounted on insulated concrete blocks. They adjusted quickly, installing surface-mounted boxes VS in-wall boxes. Clean up was thorough. All-in-all, a very well done job. .

  Matt, the electrician this morning was very courteous and accommodating, did an excellent job efficiently. Joel, the plumber this afternoon, was also very courteous and accommodating, and did an excellent job efficiently. Both wrote up estimates and allowed me to pick and choose which options I could afford. They both sent me quotes for other options to be done at a later time. Well pleased with this company and it's very hard workers who did their jobs as quickly as possible. They were on time, called 15 minutes ahead of time, texted, and emailed well in advance with reminders.

  We had quite a few plumbing issues that weren't critical but needed to be done and we have put off. Called Nichols and our service expert came through and did a whole house inspection for us. From there, we prioritized what we were will to take care of and Jesh, was very helpful in helping us determine the importance of each item. Jesh Barth was our service expert along with London (an apprentice to Nichols program). They arrived on time, were very polite, very personable, considerate of our home and our prior time commitments. They worked in our basement, main floor and second floor on numerous repair projects. They were impeccable in cleaning everything and explaining everything that was done. You would never know they had been in our home. Would HIGHLY recommend!
