- KGKayleigh GasbarreAug 6, 20252.0Our experience with Kornerstone was a rollercoaster to say the least. Our in person meetings were great but communication out side of that was spotty. Emails wouldn’t be answered for days/weeks, the same questions would be need to be answered a few times due to multiple unorganized email threads, or questions just wouldn’t be answered at all. At install there were many issues. Multiple drawer faces were incorrect, there was a miscommunication with the hood design and took a while to fix (and honestly still isn’t “perfect”), some hinges did not work correctly on a drawer, were replaced and still don’t work properly, the wood stain was multiple different colors and took MONTHS to replace. To this day we still are not satisfied with some of our products, but are choosing to hire others to fix it because our kitchen was installed in December and after 6 months we have lost faith it will be fixed.

- AJanita johnsonApr 25, 20181.0THEY DESERVE NO STARS. THEY WERE THE WORST TO WORK WITH , THEIR CABINETS TO THEIR SAMPLES WERE NOTHING LIKE THE CABINETS ARE TRASH. I have had mine 3 years and they are losing the color if you say something they want to give you a crayon to hide the fade they are splintering at the bottoms they are thin you can get better at Mr. Seconds. So now I am out buying Cabinets next week how sad
