  10 out of 10 as always. Rob called me on his way on Wednesday and essentially explained that because my heat was working once again, that it would be a wasted service fee. So when it stopped again, I knew just what to do. I called over and they got a service fellow *John Clark* who was nothing short of the best of the best! Thank you John, I feel so much comfort and confidence knowing the A team is always on hand.

  News furnace and AC The service was exceptional. Sheryamus kept me informed as the day went on. Two very polite gentleman. That be said the company itself could operate more efficiently I was told by the salesman that they would be out at 8 a.m. on Tuesday Then I got a Gmail on Monday evening that it would be between 8 and 9 Then the technicians didn't get there until 900. A meeting had occurred without notifying me. Apparently you think I have nothing to do besides wait on you

  Dylan from John Betlem Heating & Cooling came out today for a normal maintenance visit. He was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough inspection of our furnance and presented some recommendations to optimize the performance of our furnance. No hard sell just straightforward recommendations with details on why he made the recommendations. Before leaving he ensured the system was working great and there were no safety concerns. I highly recommend John Betlem and specifically Dylan.

  The entire process was seamless! The journey began with Mike P. The Comfort Advisor who explained the process, and set up the install. Brad P. , Colby, and Cody were the dynamic trio who took out my monster of a furnace (30 yrs old) and installed a new one that purrs like a kitten! Their attention to detail was outstanding! They covered the floors and took pride in their work…they left my house cleaner than they found it. I’m very grateful for the time and attention to detail they spent. They were polite and I can tell they are experts in the work they do, but they are also passionate about it as well. Thank you!

  Very mixed experience here. In short, I fell like I really got swindled but the salesman. Our furnace unexpectedly stopped working and I called John Betlem because it was on my thermostat. Everyone on the phone was super nice and accommodating. Brady came out and was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me time to call my husband. A part on our 8 year old furnace broke and was going to be a large amount for a repair. We wanted to get a quote for a new furnace to weigh the options. Mike came out very quickly, with in 30 minutes. He was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I felt very pressured to make a decision right then. I asked if I could wait until my husband got home from work to decide, which was in 2 hours. He said if we waited then he could not guarantee anything. During this time he was making comments about how much money my husband must make with his profession. He then told me that typically a furnace lasts 10-15 years. I made the decision to go ahead with the furnace. Toward the end I realized that the monthly payment he quoted me was actually the minimum payment. This is my fault for not understanding, but he really was not clear initally about this. He also did not give us the space heaters he had said were in the car. I’m sure if we called back they would have brought them, but we did only have to wait 4 days, which was great. Mike gave us one option of installation time. Luckily my mom was able to come and accommodate that time. The tech installing the furnace let her know that on average a furnace lasts 20 years. Very disappointing to hear. I really feel like I was taken advantage of. I learned some important lessons as a first time home owner. Please be careful with the decisions that you are making with a sales associate.
