  I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed on February 24th by John Betlem and crew and they did amazing !!! It was cold outside and inside but they went to work and installed a new Thermo Pride Gas fired high efficiency furnace. Outside they installed a new Amana air-conditioned, but they have to come back and finish that on a warmer day!!!🤣

  We were extremely impressed with the service from Betlem Heating & Cooling, and especially with our technician, John. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took his time to carefully inspect and clean everything, documented his work in great detail, and explained each step in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. It’s rare to find service technicians who are this conscientious and take such pride in their work. John truly went above and beyond, and his attention to detail and honesty gave us complete confidence in our system. This level of service is exactly why we will continue to use Betlem Heating & Cooling. If all of their technicians are like John, you can be confident you’re in excellent hands. Highly recommend.

  On Wednesday, Feb 11, our furnace died in the middle of the night. By Thursday morning, Betlem had a tech out to the house to take a look! My furnace and A/C were both over 30 years old, so I suspected I was not about to receive any good news. The tech, Todd C, was able to quickly diagnose the issue which ended up being a failed blower. He gave me some options to repair the furnace, but I elected to go with a full replacement. The furnace dutifully did its job for over 3 decades; it's time for it to rest. On Friday, Mike came over and talked us through some options for replacement. Our house is very very old and historic, and so a lot of modern amenities are retrofitted in odd ways, which makes me nervous when contractors come to give estimates! Mike seemed very certain that they could get the job done without any complications and that confidence eased a lot of my worry. They weren't able to fit me into the schedule for a replacement until Monday, but they offered a few space heaters to get me through the weekend. On Monday, they came and replaced both the Furnace and Air Conditioning system without a hitch. They were in and out the same day. The techs Akiel R, Charles L, and Jim V were exemplary and I could not be happier with their service. All along the way I felt like there was full transparency and I didn't feel pushed or like I was being heavily sold to. Super happy with my experience and would easily recommend Betlem to anyone.

  The team of Jamison, Caleb and Ilya installed my new hot water heater last week. All three were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They took their time to do the job right and explained everything to me as they progressed. Their positive attitude was prevalent throughout the whole process. Caleb even took the extra time to stick around after the job was completed to ensure I had my electronic receipt forwarded from the home office before he left. Thanks you.

  No heat in 0 degree weather and negative wind chill? John Betlem was very responsive. Determined the problem (seized motor) and offered options for repair or replacement. I opted for replacement of my 23 year old furnace. I was warm and cozy with a new furnace within 24 hours. Each technician, advisor and installer was very nice, personable and professional. They took care to prevent damage to floors, carpeting and walls. I highly recommend using John Betlem
