  I was really impressed with Isaac. We hired them originally to put in a new central air system. They provided a complimentary follow up when we thought we had an issue. (It was related to something else.) Then most recently I had them do an annual maintenance on our furnace. The previous installer from another company had screwed something up and Gabrielle stayed extra to fix the mistake. I will be using Isaac for all my heating and cooling needs going forward. They are had every right to charge extra and didn’t. They are knowledgeable, fair, and pleasant to deal with.

  With two children under 4yrs old, furnace stopped dead middle of winter. House was stuck at 55degrees. Common blower motor was in “after hours” warehouse but manager would not bring a key. Worker attempted a “bypass” and ended up shutting the entire unit off, causing house to drop to 30degree. My family had to go no heat overnight, then pay full price after the situation was worse. Commercials for this company imply they are there for you with emergencies. They certainly were unprepared, unprofessional and unwilling to be there for us middle of Rochester New York winter. Still charged full $1500 for 45minute labor and $500 part. Manager refused to even waive the $118 service call fee. This is bad as the waiving of service fee probably would have saved this review, which you asked for. When a family with small children need heat, you go and get the dang key for the after hours warehouse at 6:30pm on a Thursday. When I caught the lie and called it out, you at least waive a fee or give a discount.

  Jon D’Angelo was extremely helpful with specifying the right heating/cooling/air filtration/humidification system. He could not have been more responsive, patiently answering all questions, even on the holiday and weekend. Aidan and John installed the system yesterday and they could not have been more professional. They were friendly, explained everything, cleaned up completely, and the new Lennox furnace and hot water heater are working great. All in all, a great experience with everything done right.

  Jose Rivera and Sol came to the rescue of my furnace quitting to function. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of the house (and me of course). They assessed the problem, found and went out to get the part I needed, came back quickly and replaced the part. They also checked thoroughly every gas line in the house throughout the basement in multiple locations. In addition they were kind and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!!   IF YOU HAVE A FURNACE, YOU NEED TO CONTACT ISAAC HEATING. I HAVE HAD A CONTRACT, which by the way is the most reasonably priced contract you will ever find. I have an Oil Furnace and I’m sure i would be hard pressed, in this economy, to find a business that services oil furnaces at no one can beat the cost, which covers any visits, maintenance visits, emergency visits, also included at no cost to me is having the furnace cleaned including cleaning the duct work. I either ran out of oil or something was wrong with the furnace. I called Sunday and Steve from Isaac is my person. I wound up getting oil from the company I have used for oil for as many years as I have had Isaac. (25-30 years). Very different experience than my experience with Isaac Heating. Isaac heating actually answers their calls. No menu choices by a robot. Very rare in this day and age. Their communication is personal and top notch. Made my appointment to have Steve come out to check out my furnace because I’m in New York State and we have been getting hit real hard with huge storms, low temperatures, rain, sleet, snow and very high winds 50 mph and higher. After one of these bad storms I needed to make sure my furnace wasn’t going to go without heat again. While finishing up making my appointment, I received a text from Isaac Heating confirming my appointment. Yesterday they texted me to confirm my appointment or change appointment if need be. I didn’t need to change. I received a text this morning confirming my appt and a text letting me know Steve was on his way to my house. Yeah. Because I had run out of oil, he needed to bleed the lines correctly. In doing so, he noticed some smoke. He needed to check everything to make sure the furnace wasn’t running properly and the furnace needed some maintenance. In doing so, he found a couple of parts were wearing out. He also changed my furnace filter. He worked quietly because of my contract there were no charges for the visit, the maintenance and the parts needed, he ordered because there would be no charges to me, all covered under my contract. At that point he had done everything and just did his job. He didn’t have to keep asking me questions like did I want him to do maintenance, etc., because everything is covered by my contract with them. At that point, he came up and told me everything he had done, parts are ordered and I will get a call when the new parts come in to schedule a time to come and put the new parts in. I never have to sit here wondering what this is going to cost. I was relaxed and comfortable while he did his job, etc. It was a good thing I made the appointment because those worn parts could’ve stopped working and left me without heat again. I’m a Senior Citizen and I am so glad I have stayed with Isaac Heating because they truly care and take care of their customers. Over the years because of the service I have received over the years have only been charged my very reasonable monthly contract fees. I feel safe knowing they truly care about taking care of me. In this economy, it is rare to find this kind of service. I will never be without a contract with Isaac. Anyone either without a contract for their furnace or a high monthly fee needs to call Isaac. They have taken excellent care of me, no surprise charges, no stress on me and excellent and professional service. I know this review is quite lengthy but well worth letting people know they can totally trust Isaac Heating for all your needs. Thank you for your time if you have read my entire review.
