BEWARE NOTICE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH ISSAC. I HAD A NYSERDA GRANT A COUPLE YEARS AGO AND DECIDED TO GO WITH ISSAC BECAUSE AT THE TIME I BELIEVED THEY WERE A TRUSTWORTHY REPUTABLE NAME. WRONG WRONG WRONG I HAVE DAMAGE TO MY HOME FROM BOTH WHAT THEY DID AND DID NOT DO AS APART OF THE NYSERDA GRANT AND NOW THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK AND LACK THERE OF AND ARE PASSING THE BUCK OFF TO ME SAYING I SHOULD RE-APPLY FOR ANOTHER GRANT TO FIX THE ISSUES AND DAMAGE. IN THE PROCESS OF CALLING THE NEWS STATIONS , FILING A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT AND LOCATING AN INSPECTOR FOR NYSERDA. AS WELL AS FILING A SMALL CLAIMS LAWSUIT.WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH EASIER IF YOU GUYS WOULD HAVE JUST ENDED UP BEING THE TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY WHO STANDS BEHIND YOUR WORK THAT I THOUGHT YOU WERE SHAME ON YOU ISSAC !

Technician did not use shoe coverings when entering the house. This required post service cleanup by homeowner. (Tech did offer to mop the floors and stairs but did not do so at behest of homeowner.) Technician was unable to drain and inspect hot water tank. Suggested tank replacement. The next day the homeowner drained and flushed the tank, discovered about a teaspoon of sediment. Technician did perform a repair on a missing cap inside the furnace. Upon further service Ismail Tunc Was able to fix All previous issues and the water tank is working fine.. He did an excellent job.

I only give one star because of response time. They did absolutely nothing to solve the problem and charged $150 service call fee. 2 people in the house smelled gas and had RG&E come out to investigate the day before. Their nose and sniffer instrument smelled gas and found the leak. Verbally explained where it was while the sensors were going off. They then turned off the gas going to the line and said the joint/ connection needed to be either tightened or replaced. Issac guy turns on gas and can’t find the leak with his sensor and calls it a day?! No thanks - don’t use them.

The technician that came to our house for diagnostics on our furnace was polite but that’s were the positive review ends. We were told that our 5 year old furnace had a bad power circuit board and that it would need to be replaced along with our older thermostat. We were given a quote for about $2,000 for all the repairs, which seemed ridiculous to me. AND was told to consider replacing the whole unit, which would have been extremely expensive! I was able to order an OEM replacement circuit board online for about $250.00 and bought a brand new thermostat at home depot for $50. I have zero experience doing any repair work to a furnace or similar machine, but a little online and YouTube research gave me the knowledge to install the new parts with no problem. Now the entire process of replacing the old parts took me maybe an hour (working at a snails pace to make sure I didn’t make any mistakes) so it seems a professional is charging $1,700 an hour for labor?? Overall, these guys try and sell you everything under the sun, I suggest doing your own research, and in cases like mine, do the repair yourself and don’t let these people steal thousands from you.

Huge thank you to all the members of the Isaac team (especially Terry, Thomas, Salvatore and Troy. So grateful they repaired our boiler after it failed in this miserably cold winter. I've been a Gold care member for years and always been very happy with how Isaacs have serviced our equipment and after this latest experience with our boiler realize it was one of the best decisions I've made as.a.home.owner. This winter must have pushed our older boiler too much and it quit working suddenly placing us in a frightening situation with no heat or hot water and fridgid temperatures outside I was scared for our and our pets health as well as the ramifications if we got frozen pipes. Terry came last night and spent hours checking everything and came to the conclusion a new control board was needed for the boiler. Isaac's didn't have the part then but before she left she ensured the water was circulating through all the system pipes throughout the house and I believe saved us from frozen pipes as it wasn't circulating when she arrived. She also made sure we had an appointment for today and sure enough Thomas and Salvatore came today and they had been able to find and install the new control panel and we have heat and hot water. PHEW. Amazingly we did not have a charge for this repair! Kudos to the Isaac technicians they are incredibly hardworking, have extensive knowledgeable about heating systems and care about making sure they are functioning.coreectly and safely. Highly recommend!
