- RSRobert Szczerba6 days ago2.0Requested Heat service, third time. Tech came out and told me that there is a charge to the boiler depressure. He could not get the valves to work. I had to make the valves work. Did the service again, third exploritoru try, and I was charge for it. We did not have service 30 days into it. 3 times out. Charge upfront for service. Which we feel there should be a guareenty. We are growing in disappointment.
- RRRickNov 16, 20255.0I had Josh from Rochester clean my heating ducts and air returns in Camillus, NY. Josh was very professional, extremely polite, and respectful of my property. When I asked questions, he explained things in terms that I could understand. He showed me the inside of the machine that collected dust and debris before he did the cleaning. He then showed me same machine after his work was done-58 years of dust and debris. Josh's cleanup after he finished his work was so amazing that one wouldn't know he had done work at my home. I'm letting friends and family know the work that Josh did for my wife and me as well as the very competitive price from Isaac. As a senior citizen, I was super pleased that Josh amended the bill to give us a 10% senior discount,, without my even asking him for it. I would gladly welcome Josh and Darian, who provided the initial quote, back into my home.

Lots of communication. I knew exactly who was coming to my house and when. They explained everything to me, and I felt completely comfortable with the gentleman who are working in my home. I was also very happy with the price of the services and the various plans I was offered.
- JMJohn McCoyNov 12, 20254.0Was very happy with the service provided by our repairman. He went above and beyond to get our furnace fixed late in the evening, having worked a 13 hour day. Was happy with the supervisor who was able to get someone to our house that day, given we had no heat and temperatures outside were in the low 30s. Was very unhappy with the initial customer service reps. Had to call multiple times and was initially given a time 1 week out, even though this was an emergency call and we were Gold Seal customers. Was then given a time next day, which I found to be unacceptable for emergency service. Wasn’t until the third call that a supervisor was brought in to address the situation. I had a third party lined up and made it clear I would seek restitution that they got someone out that day. Issue ended up being a faulty circuit board. So, overall went from horrible customer service to great customer service, with definite room for improvement as an organization.

He was knowledgeable, efficient, experienced and professional from start to finish. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Shannon for your excellent work and service to our country (Navy veteran)! Unfortunately I've had to contact Isaac for follow up work due to problems with the installation - cracked siding and large air gaps with the new pvc pipes they used (Note: There were two technicians as we had two furnaces installed). Spoke with the job estimator and am being handed off to the Warranty department for follow through. Awaiting a response regarding rectifying problems. We'll see how this pans out...
