We had a start date in March 27 that was delayed by them til June 5th. That was delayed til July 21. This one day project took two days and still was incomplete. They have scheduled me 3 times and have not made it 3 times with no prior notice! I took the day off and waited, called the day of and they canceled that afternoon! I am now into NOVEMBER and still have a shower frame incomplete, glass door not secured and the hot water does not come through the faucet. 5 months this shower can not be used! Really!! This is a lawsuite! Don't use them!

I spoke with Ross, who came out the very next day to inspect and repair the issue. I couldn’t be happier with the fast turnaround and excellent service—especially since we were expecting quite a bit of rain. Highly recommend Five Star Improvement and Ross for their prompt and professional work.

Ordered windows and doors in May they just finished last week. they ordered wrong window sizes twice and do not accept responsibility always pointing the blame at some one else. They told us they would make them look nice, but would not add to the warranty cause they were wrong, they said they would be fine. Storm door doesn't latch right i was told that's how they all are. so 23,000.00 thousand dollars later.

He worked non-stop with all the competence, integrity and politeness anyone could ask for. He went over everything with me before starting the work, made sure all the components were placed exactly where I wanted them, and went over the best cleaning & maintenance recommendations when the job was complete. I am very satisfied with the end result and want to thank Evan for being the employee everyone hopes for! Five well earned stars, Evan!
