  Joey stopped by today as a follow-up for existing Everdry customers. About three years ago we had our house/basement done. Since then, we have had no issues or need to contact the office. It's a large investment, but so far absolutely worth it. If you suffer from water leaks, we highly recommend Everdry.

  I want to say thanks to all the tech( Tavaris Eric Brandon) that have come since sat February 7th. Have been great and patient with me and the problem with my sump pump. Also want to say thank you to the office service staff for all their help

  On one of the coldest day the crew was on time, walked me through the process updated me during the process and brought me out showing me each step. Highly recommend the company and the guys that came to my repair

  I've had a complete Everdry sump pump system in my basement for almost 20 years. They've 'trouble - shooted' for us and installed 3 pumps in that time as well. Each replacement experience has been smooth and timely...... And free! For the nominal fee of $50/year, everything we've ever needed has been 100% covered! Brandon came out and he was fast, conscientious, knowledgeable and good natured......hard to find these days! In this age of dwindling customer service, this company answers the phone, listens to your concerns, knows their stuff, has stayed true to their customers, and kept their promises. Their products are all top quality and their people are professional and polite; answering any questions while getting the job done fast and well. I can't say enough about Everdry. There may be others out there, but they just can't compare. If you want it done right, call Everdry......you won't be disappointed.

  I had Everdry come and give me a FREE basement inspection during the summer, they basically found nothing wrong with my basement but they did an estimate of $2400 to improve the air quality in the basement and thru out the house. I told them I was not interested at this time. They have called back a number of times since reducing the price of the job and wanting to meet and go over the new amount. They called again today and told me that they would give me a major price reduction since it was there year end, I still told them I was not interested, the female caller continued to try to make me have a meeting with their local sales person, after I told her 3 TIMES NO I AM NOT INTERESTED, I finally told her she was not listening and I said NO a 4th time and politely told her i was hanging up. After this, I will NEVER call them for any basement issues, and from reading the previous reviews, I think everyone should tell them NO!!!!!!!!!
