  Sam Battaglia came to our house for an estimate on new windown. He was kind, polite, patient, and incredibly helpful. He knew more about windows than I ever knew there was to know! I loved the demonstration he did of the insulation types and I think the blown in insulation was the selling point for me. My house is older and the upstairs gets cold- know the windows are fully insulated made a difference to me. We liked everything Sam had to say and show us about windows, installation, price (reasonable), and the quality of products. We have had family and friends use Comfort and they all loved their experience. They will have our business. Thank you.

  My appointment with Comfort Windows & Doors was a total waste of time. The salesperson showed up late and made it clear from the start that my project wasn’t worth their effort. There was no discussion of measurements, pricing, or real options, just a long lead time and an attitude that I should accept it or move on. When I explained that I was trying to replace my windows, I was brushed off and basically told to deal with it later. The interaction felt arrogant and dismissive, not helpful or professional. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just information and basic respect.

  I regret choosing Comfort Windows & Doors in Rochester. While the sales presentation was polished and promising, everything after signing the contract was frustrating. Communication was terrible. Installation dates were delayed multiple times with little notice, and I had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates. When installation finally happened, the crew seemed rushed, and the workmanship was inconsistent. Trim work needed corrections, and cleanup was sloppy.

  I chose Comfort Windows & Doors because they’ve been around for years and have built a reputation as a family-owned company that supposedly takes pride in quality and customer satisfaction. That reputation gave me confidence and made me feel comfortable committing to a large, expensive home project. Unfortunately, the experience I had didn’t match those expectations at all. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a series of frustrations, unclear communication, and constant follow-ups on my end. Instead of feeling taken care of, I was left feeling disappointed and questioning whether I made the right decision from the very beginning.

  Laguna Blue Ascend siding, trim, soffits, fascia and gutters completed by Comfort Windows and Doors. Comfort took the time and precision to absolutely knock my project out of the park! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work of the Team and Project manager Jeff. Jeff & Jimmy are incredible in their craftsmanship and knowledge.These guys know what they’re doing and the sales team are rock stars that keep you in the loop at every step. Dominic C. took the time to show me material options and the benefits of each. He explained the installation process in depth and answered my MANY questions. I’m glad I trusted Comfort with my home. I truly felt considered, respected, and that my property was in good hands. My large dog is still waiting for them to come back!
