  I’ve been experiencing warranty problems with my windows, and despite several attempts to get assistance, the issue remains unresolved. I purchased these products expecting long-term support, so the lack of follow-up has been disappointing. I am requesting that the company honor the warranty as stated and provide a clear and timely solution.

  We had new replacement windows put in today. The crew did an excellent job. Fantastic workmanship! We are so very pleased and happy with everything from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

  We went with Comfort because we loved the product they sold as well as the reputation we believed they had. We had a large job done (all new windows, two new front doors and a sliding glass door put in,) with the intention of in a few years getting our siding, new roof and an all season room built. We were so disappointed with the job that was done. Aside from the two broken windows they left without saying anything, the screens they ripped when installing them (again without saying anything,) a window that was installed so tight it wouldn't open, a window that wasn't insulated properly so a draft was coming in, a light switch that was installed upside down, the molding around the windows damaged and patched up with what looked like caulk, the vinyl on the new windows scraped and covered up with caulk, the kitchen window above the sink installed so close to the faucet we couldn't open the window.....they would leave the house a disaster with insulation on the floors for our toddler and animals to potentially get. The only decent experience was working with Jared when he came back to look at the work done and the two people that came to refix everything. Lesson learned--go to Rochester Colonial. Will for sure be using a different group to do the roofing, siding and all season room.

  I was extremely disappointed that after having your company install thousands of dollars of windows a few years ago in my house, that you would not install ONE storm door for me without spending thousands more. Very poor customer service!

  I had a Comfort representative, Steve, come to my home to give me a quote for two windows. To start he was late for the scheduled time, he came in not giving me any options. Said they are scheduling out atleast 24 weeks for custom windows, then told me a smaller window could be used but would look bad. Did not provide a measurement or any kind of quote. Came in with one option, when I didn’t agree with it the conversation was over. Clearly there is a reason why I am trying to replace the windows before winter, not wait 6 months. One of the rudest individuals I’ve met that work face to face with people. Then had the nerve to tell me that comfort has been around for 45 years, since I’ve only lived here for 5 years clearly I’ve been waiting to call them and I can finish my remodel and do the windows later. I will NEVER purchase any product from Comfort. If these are the kind of people Comfort would like to use in the field they need to do better.
