  We had our new porch windows (6 total) AND our new front door installed on 2/23 & 2/24/26. We absolutely love 💕 everything. The names of the installer's that did this job… were…. “John”, “Les” & “Alan”. These three (3) gentlemen were the “BEST”. Thank you so much guys. I feel like I made “3 new friends”. We love these guys. They were very professional & knowledgeable & knew exactly what “had” to be done to “complete” both projects. Thank you again, John, Les & Alan.   We just had a 3-season room built by Comfort Windows and Doors and we could not be happier with their work. We were very fortunate to have our Jonah as our site supervisor. Jonah and his team (Jake, Brian & Joe) started work on one of the worst weather days we had in January 2026. And then for the next couple of weeks, continued working hard despite weather challenging days including snow, sleet and minus zero wind chills. Do not judge this crew by their youthful appearances; even though they may be young, they are very hard-working, dedicated and obviously experienced, talented individuals. For someone considering a 3-season room, see if you can have Jonah and his crew assigned to your project. You won’t be disappointed. Specifically, Jonah kept us well informed, answered any questions we had, was extremely professional and attentive to details. A couple of times we pointed something out and Jonah was already on it. Our 3-season room was a big financial investment for us and we are very pleased with the end result.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE MY COMFORT WINDOWS AND DOORS! I live in Webster, NY and I had my Sliding Glass Doors and Entry Door replaced by Comfort Windows and Doors back in December of 2024. I also had all my Windows replaced in July of 2025. The Windows and Sliding Glass Doors are all top of the line Signature Advantage Series with the most efficient Triple Pane Krytpon Glass Packs. Of course my wife was reluctant to do the top of the line glass packs but after seeing the performance of them keeping the house cool during hot summer days and the warmth during bitter cold winters days, she’s glad we made that decision. Another benefit is the slight tint they have from the outside while not really losing any light coming in. I have been in the Home Improvement Industry for almost 20 years and joined the Comfort Team back in early 2024. I’m so lucky to have the opportunity to enjoy the same products I help people purchase every single day to help them protect their most valued asset. The Comfort Team Crew that came to install was Randy, Ryan and Colin. They were very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and clean. They put on booties over their boots, drop cloths inside and out and did a great job cleaning up at the end. After seeing the finished products at my house and the quality of work, my friends, family and neighbors have started to use Comfort for their home improvement needs. My 21 month old son loves the Sliding Glass Doors as well! The neighbor behind my house had Comfort do their doors and siding, the neighbor across the street is having their roof done this spring. We are also doing a roof replacement for my Mom and Dad. How awesome is that?! Working for a family owned company and helping out my own family?! Thank you so much Fritz, Laurie, Jordan, Jake, Joe, and Isaiah for allowing me the opportunity to share my amazing experience with Comfort Windows and Doors to others!

  We signed our contract with Comfort Windows and Doors in June 2024, and the installations were completed in phases—our custom window replacements were done in October 2024, and our siding and gutters were installed in December 2024. Communication and scheduling were sometimes challenging, and a few installation issues required several follow-up visits and additional touch-up work. Although the process took longer than expected, the company consistently stood behind their workmanship and honored their commitment to quality. Mark, the project supervisor, was especially helpful—he maintained communication, oversaw the final corrections, and ensured everything was completed properly before closing out the project. We also want to recognize Brandon and Caitlin, who completed the final window adjustments and delivered excellent results. In the end, our home looks fantastic, and we’ve received many compliments on the transformation. While the project had some delays along the way, Comfort Windows and Doors followed through on their guarantee and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product.

While the overall process had a few bumps along the way—mainly some scheduling communication challenges and a few installation issues that required follow-up visits—the company ultimately stood behind their work and made sure everything was completed properly. It did take time for all touch-ups to be finalized, but we truly appreciated their commitment to honoring their quality guarantee. Mark, the project manager, was professional, thorough, and stayed involved until every detail was addressed and we were satisfied. A special thank you to Brandon and Caitlin, who returned to complete the final window adjustments and did an excellent job—we are very happy with the final result. Today, our home looks beautiful, and we receive many compliments from neighbors and the community. Despite a slower start and a few hiccups, Comfort Windows and Doors followed through and ensured the project was completed correctly, and we are satisfied with the finished work.
