Tech wasn’t prepared to flush the system after replacing the part, which is required after a UV issue, and expected for a $160 service charge. Part was 2.5 times higher than I pay for it online. Definitely not happy about that. But the UV is working - expensive lesson learned for a 15 min service call.
- SGSha GonzalezNov 2, 20255.0Had a great service visit by Cheyne, after our Hydrogen Peroxide feeder ran non-stop, and heated up to the point we were nervous of letting it continue to run without getting a pro service call. Cheyne was right on time, and did a thorough system check. Finding and replacing a worn part in the water treatment system, and assuring us the Hydrogen Peroxide portion is running normally. Cheyne also shared info about the pressure, reset the auto backwashing schedule and told us where we can monitor the system. Cheyne was kind, professional and made sure we had no unanswered questions before he left.
