We signed our contract with Comfort Windows to replace ten windows on Saturday, April 11, 2024. Our sales representative, Eddie arrived on time for our 9 AM appointment. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions up front before he took measurements. He was respectful of our home. Eddie was very thorough with his explanation of our choices, the company, the windows, warranty, wait times for installations and our finance options. He is an asset to Comfort Windows! If installation goes as well as our meeting with Eddie, we will be more than happy with our decision to go ahead with this project. I highly recommend Eddie as your contact if you are considering having Comfort Windows for your home improvement needs. I will have a follow up review when the project is completed.

Excellent service and workmanship. The house looks beautiful and the sales rep was able to get us a good deal on a loan. We have a very steep roof and the workers were confident and efficient. Materials, dumpster, and roofers were well coordinated. nails were picked up, landscaping and windows were protected. We even had our lawn raked of all debris. We could not be happier, My thanks to Jim, Angel, G, Larry and Dave for there excellent customer service and workmanship. I will recommend Comfort to my friends.
Had a fanstastic experience with Comfort Windows to perform a full tear down roof in West Irondequoit/Rochester. Met with Tim in sales in October, I already had pricing from other companies and they were right in line, and offered better financing options. Signed the contract and work was done last week. The crew that showed up were beyond professional, and frankly some of the hardest workers I've ever seen in my life. The went beyond the call of duty to make sure there were very little disruptions. They came back on Saturday to finish the job, and the yard was in better condition then before they came. I would highly recommend Comfort Windows for roofing.
Scheduling was the first issue. Installation timelines kept shifting, and updates weren’t always proactive. You’d have to call in to get clarity, and even then, responses felt vague. If you’ve dealt with them before, you probably already know how the “we’ll check with the scheduling team” line goes it’s kind of the default answer.
Installation day itself was a mixed experience. The crew worked efficiently, but there were small details that didn’t feel fully finished it is like trim alignment and cleanup.
Post-installation support was where things really fell off. Follow-ups for adjustments or minor fixes took longer than expected, and communication slowed down significantly once the job was marked complete. It felt like once the contract closed, the urgency disappeared.

Initial sales meeting was great. Very transparent and straightforward compared to other companies and quotes and not trying to upsell you. The price was very reasonable compared to others. After contract signed communication was very poor. I had to initiate all of the communication and would never be updated about dates, project details, or summary of work and plan unless I specifically prompted and asked. Cleanup was horrible. They tore up my yard, left my fences open, moved items and did. It put them back. Trashed my garage with shrapnel to the point a nail ended up in my wife’s tire but didn’t warn us or manage expectations at that al all. They also tore up my driveway like actually tore it apart and physically lifted some of the asphalt off of it with the dumpster none of which in the above they mentioned or apologized for. After the work was done I didn’t get an update for 24 hours. Very poor customer service and communication. The work was very solid.
They also messaged me for a customer service review after the job and I mentioned all of the above and they ask: what can I do to make this right? For which said a small refund or credit would be nice given the considering and they blew me off and dismissed everything at that point and said they did an “investigation” (texted me back in like 10 minutes timeframe) and that they were satisfied with a “high standard of communication” for which I laughed and sent screenshots of the project manager Larry and having to pry any updates or info out. Very disappointing given paying 20K for a roof. Oh and they tried to change the price 3 times after giving me a quote! Would look elsewhere.
