  We had an Anderson water system (water softener and R/O drinking water) installed about 35 years ago. It’s been working great up until recently the R/O water faucet began leaking onto the countertop. Ed came and quickly determined the problem and found that my system is so old, they don’t make that type of faucet anymore for replacement. It appeared my only option was to replace the R/O system with a new one (over $2000). Ed took the time to find another option. He was ultimately able to rebuild my system, finding and repairing 2 other leaks while doing so. He worked well over an hour and charged me only 1 hour. He saved me $2000 by not replacing the system. It’s been 2 days and no leaks! 30 day guarantee on repair.

  Great communication, great work! Our new tankless heater, water softener and reverse osmosis system is even better than expected. Nate and the other gentleman were very professional abd efficient. The total install took less time than we expected!

  All 3 Anderson employees were very professional. They worked very well together.It was excellent teamwork! First they built the base and pad. They installed and leveled the generator. From the electrical to running the propane lines it was a seamless operation. I am very happy with the job they did.

  Paul , Mike & James were absolutely wonderful & a pleasure to work with! Paul has a great attention to detail & spent time with us explaining the steps of installation, & working in the breaker box.
