The boiler issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired, and their price was WAY below what I had expected them to charge. Also, they wear shoe coverings when they come into your place, so that was very professional and shows that they care. Unfortunately, the mini-split issue was beyond what could be done that day. Fortunately, they gave me a rundown of exactly what the problem was, options for how to go about fixing the issue, and the pros and cons of each of the fixes. So when I finish weighing in on all of those options, I will definitely be calling them again to perform the work
