I spoke with Eddie who gave us some on the spot advice and we made an appt for him to come the next day. He arrived much earlier than the appt time. After checking out our unit, he gave us a fair and reasonable quote to not only fix the broken unit, but a 2nd unit in our 2 family home, and included a quote to replace a hot water heater that was reaching its time too. Long story short, after we agreed, work started right away and they completed the job within a few hours. I liked that they also took all old units and cleaned up as well. We are so thankful we chose On Call because this was such an unexpected time and required expert service. I thank Eddie, Vinny and Danny for their amazing service!! Their expertise made things easier and efficient for the job required to our home. We definitely plan to use them for all our home needs they can help us with.

They fixed an issue that I had with my steam system in the attic quickly and at a fair price. Few months later, I called eddie to ask him few questions about my heating system before I travel and he remembered me and gladly answered them fully without issues. This is the company you should absolutely deal with!!

They were prompt, did what they promised, from what I gathered from neighbors the price I was quoted was more than reasonable. The two gentlemen that worked on the furnace were total professionals.
