Gene, one of the partners, was understanding when I had to stall for installation and worked to find the best price with the Service Manager who’s name escapes me at this moment but was a pleasure to deal with. In addition, disposal and clean up made it look as if nothing ever happened. Chris and Vin did the install and the Service Manager, whom did estimate and set up, all were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people. I would recommend On Call for both Service and new installation. Our thanks to all. J&K
