- JCjohn conrySep 10, 20255.0Have used On Call for years, they held old system together for at least two years past usage end and when system finally died, did the replacement in an incredibly professional way. Gene, one of the partners, was understanding when I had to stall for installation and worked to find the best price with the Service Manager who’s name escapes me at this moment but was a pleasure to deal with. In addition, disposal and clean up made it look as if nothing ever happened. Chris and Vin did the install and the Service Manager, whom did estimate and set up, all were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people. I would recommend On Call for both Service and new installation. Our thanks to all. J&K

- CSCarl SchlichtingerJul 21, 20255.0We found “On Call Mechanical Services” to be our only choice when we need service for HVAC and for our Mr. Slim split system. Recently in regular cleaning of one unit of our 15-year-old Mr. Slim 3-unit system, it sprang a refrigerant leak. This can be an expensive deal as parts for this unit, and its outdoor condenser are no longer available, and newer parts are not compatible with the present condenser 3-unit system. So, without original parts we were faced with replacing all that we have in place at great expense of thousands of dollars. Gene at On-Call responded quickly and assessed the coil leak. He presented us with the solution of “performing Surgery” on the coil. We agreed with his diagnosis. The operation was on July 19, 2025. The unit was placed back in service with full capacity. It runs better than before. Although the “surgery” was risky, “plan B” was an inconvenient and expensive option. We highly recommend “On Call Mechanical Services.” They are knowledgeable and offer straightforward honest assessments of the job with follow-up support all at a reasonable price. Thankfully Eddie, Vinnie, Damian & Daniel were able to save the day. They were all very respectful pleasant young men. They explained everything and even answered questions. Arrived at scheduled time. Removal of old unit, installation of new in just under 6 hours. Personal, polite, professional. Highly recommended using their services!
