- RCRichard CasaleDec 24, 20201.0We hired Frank Noto to do a curb cut based on NYC department of Building plans. When inspector came we failed inspection because cut was not done according to specifications. We then called Frank and let him know we failed. After him yelling and screaming at us on the phone saying it was correct and they should pass it. Then thE next day he just showed up ringing the bell like crazy. We then showed him in person. He again stated it’s right and there wrong. He then refused to fix it and he just left. We now have to hire someone else to do the job correctly. Definitely would not recommend. Definitely would say 0 stars. 1 Star is way too high.
- AVAntonio VastanoApr 12, 20201.0I had a concrete walkway and exterior basement stairs done. Retaining wall on stairs was not formed correctly and was left with a huge bow. Noto claimed this wasn't a problem, and he caked on tons of stucco to mask the bow. The stucco cracked weeks later, he returned, refused to do it the right way, caked on more stucco. Cracked again DAYS later. Again, refused to fix it, and said he would re-do stucco one more, because that's all I paid for. In addition, did the walkway and stairs different days, used different concrete. It's different colors. Customer satisfaction is not his strength! Do not recommend!
