  Happy New Year....... Thanks to Bourque Mechanical Systems We got home from vacation, the house was 53 degrees on Jan 1st. We called our propane comany and waited and waited, they kept saying all their techs were dispatched on "no heat calls" and they could not promise a time frame after 5-6 hrs. After multiple calls I was tired of waiting. I called Bourque Mechanical Systems and explained the situation, and the tech promised he would show up within the hour. The tech showed up as promised, he gave me the bad news, our furnance was not going be repaired. He said he would try to make some magic to get a replacement by the next day..... YES we are happy to say we got a new furnance installed the very next day, and they were able to address other issues with our propane appliances as part of the install.. seems our regulator needed to be adjusted. Thank you to EVERYONE who made this a Happy New Year for us. We are forever grateful.

  Call them! A popular competitor wasn’t able to schedule a visit with us for 36 hours but Bourque came within 2 hours. They fixed our boiler and got my family and I heat on a very cold winter day, were personable and professional. Their bill was very detailed so we could submit to insurance and their prices seemed reasonable. Highly recommend!

  I called them to have two furnaces serviced and cleaned. They quoted me $375 over the phone and I said ok. When the tech came out he was rude and unprofessional. He went out and took a cigarette break and complained about the work. When he returned to the office they billed me $675. I spoke with someone at the office and they stated the charge was higher because he spent additional time cleaning out the furnaces. He left and said I was all set, when I went to turn the heat on once the weather started getting cold which was 3 weeks later the heat would not cut on. I called and spoke with the owner and he stated "it's hard to believe you haven't used the heat". I replied with I have not which was true, it has not been that cold outside to turn on the heat. They told me for him to come back out it will cost an additional $175. I would stay far away from the company.

  i just had the most wonderful experience with Bourque Mechanical My Furnace People. and Shane Flint, owner.  On a Sunday, this long-time customer  sent an email inquiry about my air conditioning unit not cooling; Shane not only answered my email  on a Sunday but came in person to check on Monday.  Shane checked everything, even told me how to order the filters online and replace them myself. After inspecting the furnace and all the vents indoors, turns out  the AC unit still works - "someone" had opened the outside switch cover, pulled out the throttle handle and turned it off. i would love to have taken fingerprints !!!!! Didn't need a new AC unit -- my very lucky day. Plus, Shane  is an authority on the new frontier of mini splits and an experienced installer as I look to the future technology.

  Furnace tune-up today with Shawn (or Sean) from Bourque was excellent. He was prompt, neat and knowledgeable. We have been using them for our HVAC needs for several years and have had good service. Hope Shawn will be our technician again in future!
