- NPNolan Pazin2 days ago1.0Terrible company! Installed a geothermal unit in my home less than 8 years ago. It has been an issue since we bought the home seven years ago. Can only guess it has been a problem the whole time. Bourque will no longer service this unit! They claim they are not doing geothermal anylonger..... this is a huge red flag that they will not stand behind there equipment installation or customer base. In short, they will take your money and run. I am now in the process of replacing a very expensive unit they installed less than 8 years ago! I cannot recommend this company. In my opinion what they have done is not ethical and have cost me a lot of money and downtime (months) in critical heating seasons. There are many HVAC companies in there area, this is not one you want to choose.

The quality of the work was legitimately the best we’ve experienced from any organization that has worked on our home in the last ten years. The job itself was sizable, yet the team was thorough, professional, and completed everything in a single day without cutting corners. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. The work site was kept clean, and the final product was incredibly well done. I truly appreciate a clean, organized job site, and Bourque exceeded expectations in that regard. I couldn’t be more impressed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing mechanical or heating system work.
