I now need to wait for Junior to send us quotes, so we can approve and move with the job asap. Not have hot water and having to fill up the toilets isn’t sustainable.

The tech who came over to our house to help assess replacement of our heater when it died on Monday was fine. However, the fact that they couldn't get us a new heater until eight days later was ridiculous. They eventually offered to get it on Saturday (5 days later) if we paid an extra $1800 overtime. We called around to 2 other HVAC firms and both were able to get us a heater (the same make and model) and install within one day of our call at the same or better price. It seems like since we are a member, they assumed we would stick with them and accept slow service (during a very cold week) and overcharging. Very disappointing. We will be calling to see if we can cancel our membership early.
