  Hector and Luis were both very knowledgeable, hard working punctual. The quality of the work performed to renovate my bathroom was beyond my expectations. As well as being the most affordable bid.

  If you are considering an interior or exterior home renovation project in the Hudson Valley area I highly recommend you contact the general contractors at Marlenys. The team at Marlenys Construction completed a major renovation for me including bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, painting, drywall and flooring. I hired Marlenys after another contractor failed to perform at the level of quality and the time schedule that was needed. Marlenys did beautiful tile work, painting and flooring, provided some design suggestions and worked tirelessly to finish the renovations in time for the deadlines I needed. Ive completed many renovations over the years and Marlenys has been one of the most trust worthy and reliable contractors I have had the pleasure of working with. So much so that I have recommended them to colleagues and look forward to another chance to work with them again. Their pricing is fair, affordable, they stand by their work and go above and beyond to help their customers bring their vision to life.
